Sun Cove Realty No insulation installed

Approximately 30 times throughout the past 9 months I have complained to Sun Cove Realty about not having any insulation installed in the attic. The lack of insulation drives up the cost of the electricity bill because I have to overpower the air conditioning/heat.
Sun Cove Realty sent a maintenance personnel to inspect the complaint. The inspector agreed there is no insulation. However, Sun Cove Realty has not done anything to resolve the issue. Meanwhile, I am stuck paying an electricity bill that is three times the amount of my surrounding neighbors. Sun Cove Realty has refused to accept my latest payment of rent claiming I was a day late. However, I have proof my check was sent and delivered on time. I feel they are refusing to accept my personal checks due to the informal documentation in the memo area of each check requesting insulation in the attic. I have also filled out formal company complaint forms with no resolution. I have recently contacted 8 on your side and they possibly interested in airing my story.

Sun Cove Realty Do NOT rent from realty

We have recently moved to a home we rented. Upon arrival at the house we were concerned because the home was very different than the home they sent pictures of. After entering the home we called the agent because of the condition of the home. Lament floors were noticeable buckling, there were tears, dirt and stains in the carpets, bathrooms floors are filthy and ripped, there is wooden divider form lament to vinyl floor that is a couple inches high. The agent came and said basically it wasn’t that bad but they would fix it or they would let us out of our lease but they were keeping our money, almost three thousand dollars. In the week since no one from the realtors agent’s office has come out. The dishwasher flooded the kitchen the second day we were here and they wouldn’t even send anyone to clean up the water. Every day we have more problems. We have no working outlets in bathrooms, fans don’t work; floors are major tripping hazards, roof leaks, drains are very slow, faucets are loose and leaking, there is no seal around toilets and last night we discovered there are rats! . I sent them a certified letter, emailed and called with no response.

Sun Cove Realty Poor customer relations

SunCove real estate leasing management has very poor service communicating to both the tenant and property owner. I signed a lease with SunCove in 2009 to handle the rental of a home in the Tampa, Florida area. In the past year, I have placed numerous calls to them to find out information about questions I had and unauthorized repairs that were made to my home. Out of all the calls I made, only a couple return calls were made to me. They broke the leasing agreement by not following the contents of the lease and not keeping in contact with myself. After the one year lease was complete I cancelled continuing the lease for another year because of their service. I paid them $750.00 for the first year lease and $100.00 per month for the year the tenant was in the house. Total waste of my money and a total agriveation while they were supposedly taking care of the house. I am currently in the process of trying to get my monies that were held in reserve returned to me along with the old keys to the house. Very disappointed with the company, its representatives, and overall process.

If you are considering moving into a property managed by Sun Cove realty I am begging you to reconsider. They do not go over the lease with you and they will do absolutley anything to scam you. Theyre receptionist is rude as hell and they NEVER answer they're phones. Anytime I had a complaint about the property they never called me back and they continually told me "we can't do anything to help you " and always left us with the problems to deal with ourselves. They never fixed anything and are lazy as hell.
