i HAVE PAID TWICE FOR WHAT I TOHOUGHT WERE TWO DIFFERENT RECORDS AREAS, BUT IT TURNS OUT IT'S THE SAME ONE AND STILL CAN NOT GET WHAT I PAID FOR.

I purchased this web site aprox. 1 month ago. Since, I can't even sign into the site. Buyer beware. First, the add says unlimited access to all records, it doesn't tell you that there is a time limit on the site. After using it the first time I purchased, didn't find what I was looking for which I knew to be on record. Then the second time I logged on, after 10mins they told me my time was up... Now, can't even log on to the site... What a scam, what a ripoff. But then again, as far as the time limit, the site didn't disclose there was one, fraud, wouldn't all say...

I PAYED FOR THIS WEB SITE AND CANT USE IT. EVERY TIME I DO YOU EXPECT ME TO PAY AGAIN NOT BLOODY LIKELY. YOUR SITE IS A BLOODY RIP OFF.
THE PAYMENT WILL BE STOPPED

You are a complete and total scam company. After signing up I tested your site with information that I know exists and is accurate. Your site even said that I don't exist. I'm Glad I used my amx card as they have already denied your claim
. People like you should be put in jail and I'm the one who may just do that! Let this be a lesson to all who get trapped into this scheme. I for one am reporting this to my local districk attorney. See you in court smart ###.

supportsignrecordsarea.com I cannot get them back on line

I paid these people $19.95 for one year of service to help us find where our Grandmother was buried, and it was going all write until I had to leave the computer and I havent been able to get them back on line since. The E-Mail adress that they give me on my receipt is BOGUS and will not work.All that I get is a run around. Thank YOU Gary Towers

I have not been able to login at all. I have a payment confirmation from clickbank, so what's going on?

I was looking online under Ventura County, California for copies of divorce papers. I was redirected to "recordsarea.com" advising that I needed to pay to get copies. I paid online $29.94 for a year of searching. I DID recieve copies of my divorce decree and a criminal record for a friend, I could no longer navigate through the site. Now, I'm not even able to bring up the website. Then, I went back to the Ventura County website and was able to pull up copies of my divorce papers WITH NOTHING REQUESTING A PAYMENT! Somehow, "Recordsarea" was able to redirect me to them and make me pay for something that should have been FREE! Now I can't even get ahold of them. I tried to report them on the Better Business Bureau but, the link to do this is not loading.

I signed up for the serice to get a reverse license plate look up and can't even get any communications with them. I want a complete reimbursement. What a RIP-OFF!

This company (and I use the term loosly) is a scam. I also signed up for their service, I have not been able to locate any useful info on their web site. I sent in a request to be reimbursed within 10 minutes of paying them.. I have had absolutely NO response from them. I am still able to access their site but after running one or two unsucessful searches it notifies me I have reached my daily limit and for another 20bucks they will allow unlimited searches...I was told I did have unlimited searches when I initially signed up..Something needs to be done to stop these people from continuing to scam others out of their hard earned money...

supportsignrecordsarea.com Request of Criminal History

About 1 hour ago I had requested court records regarding my son. We are in the process of working on court issues with him. I had requested the information so that we could contact the court to clear up the problem. The database stated there was no record.

We know for a fact there is. Beware of getting ripped off.

their ad starts with a $19.95 fee, and when you go to sign up is now $39.99. after that in trying to find information [on my self] I find they are asing for more money. In entering my name, if find 5 sites listing me, and 4 of them are bogus. with 1500 listings. qgain all bogus. THIS IS REALLY IMPORTANT, YOUR PRINTER WILL NOT COPY ANY OF THE PAGES, THEY SOMEHOW BLOCK YOU PRINTER. THIS ALONE SHOULD BE AN INDICATION OF CRIMINAL ACTIVITY ON THEIR PART. I AM GETTING MY MONEY BACK FROM MY CREDIT CARD.

Product does not work. Cannot find any info on persons. Product will not "FIND" info on myself or others. But using 4 other FREE online services I was able to retreive info fine. I wish to cancel my $29.95 subscription but unable to find these people, so I was left to simply to call my credit card company to disput the charges. I also e-mailed the "support@recordsarea.com" tech services to record my cancellation and displeasure. This product was purchased by me approx 5:00pm, 22 April 2008, about 40 minutes ago. Hope this complaint does some good.

On Feb 11, 2009 I was looking at the records area web site. Before completing the form as soon as I put my Credit Card number in I was charged in the amt of $39.94. I went in to investigate the site and found numerous complaints on this site.
If it helps anyone, it does state you may cancel within 60 days(again a SCAM I'm sure). You can also do a charge back by contacting your credit card company. I will also be contacting the BBB and other legal action till I receive my full refund.
I went in to the site to try and cancel and it kicked me out before I could date the cancellation. I will post it HERE AND NOW FOR LEGAL ACTION, Feb 11, 2009 any membership that records area think they have they DO NOT! for THE record MY SO CALLED MEMBERSHIP IS cancelled AS OF FEB 11, 2009.

CONCERNED FOR EVERYONE INVOLVED,

Product does not work, I cant even find myself, my family, my daughter .. no one. I paid 39.95 for this and its a scam.. you can not get any information from this sight. I dont care what you are looking for all it says is cant be found. then when you ask for support you get no responce.. then when you try to get on, it want let you back on line. I have notified my bank and stoped payment .. and they said they would investigate it to the fullest.. 'great this site needs to refund everbodys money.. and get shut down for good...

I JUST COMPLETED THE ON-LINE RECORD DUI, TOOK MY CREDIT CARD AND DID OR PRODUCED NOTHING. TO ME, THIS IS FRAUD. I DON.T KNOW THE ADDRESS . THEY ARE CALLED SOFTWARD DOCTOR INC.

iI bought into this membership the begining of this year. I could not recieve any information on my son. he had been jailed about a month before, so I knew he was in. They told me there was no one in by that name. I had just gotten back from visiting him the same day. when I try to search in Fla. they don't even have Hillsbough co. listed thats all Tampa bay and brandon area, They don't give a phone no. that I can find and I can't get anything done by email. They also said it cost 19.95 and charged 35.95. Please don't join this webbsight THEY WILL SCREW YOU!

I will contact the Georgia Bureau of Investigation and the Federal Bureau of Investigation. This is Fraud. I am wondering how many thousands of dollars you individuals took with this Fraud which is a criminal offense.

I just joined today and cannot access their web page. I'm going to request my money back from pay pal, since I've seen so many complaints against the company. I subscribe to Ancestry.com and have found it to be a wonderful site, so far.
