Awful Experience
Today I get an email telling me that I owe two months contributions for Telemed almost three months after being with them? Let me tell you something Telemed from May 2009 I have sent numerous faxes to terminate my membership and after no response numerous phone calls to find out why my faxes aren't being received their side where on my side it says 'FAX SENT' and after again numerous faxes since May since May and again since *** May I contacted Gavin from Telemed and he helped me with my termination of membership! Now I must pay outstanding fees, yeck no I have had enough, there seems to be only one person working at Telemed who is able to do their job! GAVIN! Thank you Gavin and again Telemed I will not pay those amounts due to the fact that I tried canceling my membership numerous times with no cancellation being done!
Wrong billings and no response
I have had it with Telemed. My account was debit doubled the amount it was supposed to be debited. this has cost me unnecessary costs I cant afford.
I have been trying to contact the centre for two days. their number just cuts out (of which i have tried all the numbers on the internet even), I have emailed the consultant directly who i dealt upon application, left multiple emails on the enquiry system, and even sent faxes for someone to respond to me.
Is this the service we get for being a customer! I am infuriated by this. I am thinking this is just a scheme to take your money and well sorry for you, you can never reach them.
I am looking at cancelling my policy as I dont need this type of service.
I want my money back, my policy hasnt even kicked in yet and this is what happens. i want my money back and immediate response. But then again neither of these will happen.
I am appauled I have never received such bad service from anywhere.
