I have ordered two wall sticker products on 28.10.2012. Please refer Order 182324. I have received one of them, low priced one on 21.11.2012...The other was not delivered till today Contacting customer service I received several false committment of delivery.

The Frog and The Princess MIssing Order

I purchased a wall mural decal called "Trailing Cherry Tree Blossom" for my newborn daughters nursery. On the item page it shows the flowers as pink and green, and no further directions or instructions on choosing a different color or what the default color would be. When it arrived it came in as light pint and dark pint flowers. We verified our order and there are two item numbers listed for the trailing cherry blossom tree and one tells you that it comes light pink and dark pink flowers and to choose your colors at the end of the order, however, the other item does not give that information or instructions. We ordered the other item number. We emailed the company and they agreed that they made a mistake and would send me the green flowers in a rush order of 2 weeks. We waited a month and nothing arrived. After numerouse attempts to contact the vendor, they stopped all communication with us. I still don't have my ordered fulfilled and left the dispute up to my bank to resolve.

DO NOT order from them. I ordered $260 worth of product that they kept telling me would be delivered on such and such a day. They day always changing. I finally contacted the manufacturer who said that they were not paying their bills so all their orders were on hold. LIARS! The manufacturer shipped my order that night and provided me with a tracking number. Now wallstickeroutlet.com is trying to back pedal and offer me a credit. They are appalled that one of their artisans would give out that type of information. REALLY? I'm appalled that you conduct yourself in this way. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Do not do business with these scammers (Aurelia). Have had similar experience where keep stringing you along and never delivering your order. shop at reputable places like amazon instead.

The Frog and The Princess Lied - STOLE money

The website advertises FALSE ADVERTISING. I bought a Diaper Bag and the website showed the WRONG diaper bag. I ordered it, 'thinking' I was getting what was shown in the photo. (I have PRINT-OUTS as proof of this.)
The owner (who name is AURELIA) was nice (at first) and told me that if I shipped it back, I'd get a refund. She did give me a refund for the 'product' only.

HOWEVER, she also told me that I'd get a refund for 'shipping' costs.

I live in AUSTRALIA! Shipping the bag back to the U.S. costs over $80.

I mean, the company was AT FAULT for having the WRONG PHOTO of a product on their website anyhow.
She sent me emails telling me that I'd get my 'shipping refund' and a check would be mailed to my Dad's house (in the U.S.).

It's been OVER A MONTH and she ignores my emails now!

I have PROOF, ALL COPIES of emails she sent to me (plus my emails to her) AND PRINT-OUTS of the WRONG product they have posted on their website.

They fixed their website and put up the 'correct' photo of the diaper bag. But I have PRINT-OUTS showing they screwed up and now I have NOT received all my money back!

ALL I want is my 'shipping refund' back. Sheesh, they make ALL this money from all these diapers bags and they can't even give me my $80 some dollar check for shipping the product back to them!

Personally, I've already passed the message around about their company AND I've referred other websites to all friends, family and internet companies I'm connected with, to pass on the message that OTHER websites are Cheaper than they are and much more friendly.

I had no idea an owner (AURELIA) could be such a LIAR.

AVOID buying any products 'the Frog and the Princess' website and buy your Diaper bags and other products ELSEWHERE.

Do NOT buy any products, NOTHING from the frog and the princess. AVOID their bedding, baby gear, furniture, AVOID ALL PRODUCTS from them!

If they ever refund my shipping money, then I'll gladly remove this post and I'll contact all people (including the internet connections I have) and tell them to ignore what I said.

They have paid my refund, so PLEASE IGNORE the complaint post.
Obviously I was mad about it at the time. It just took awhile to get my refund.

So DELETE my original comment as it is WRONG!

They did the right thing, it just took awhile, and I got mad too quick.

So there is NO problems if you want to buy anything from them. They are good people!

I've asked you to REMOVE THIS! They refunded my money. All you people who keep emailing me, I DID get my money back! So stop emailing me and telling me I won't, when I did!

Just posted my complaint. Got scammed too by Frog and the princess. Numerous emails and phone calls ignored. Already paid for item. Is now being disputed by my credit card company. Either scammers or completely incompetent. Mad at myself, though, for not checking merchant before I placed order.
