If you need a payday loan, DO NOT USE VIP! I was out having healthe issues and was on and off work and having irregular pay check amounts. I took out a loan for an amount I knew I could cover and when thee loan came due, theey only took a portion of it. I figured okay, theey'll get it next time, but it didn't. I received an e-mail saying theey had assessed a finance charge and would take thee full amount on thee 5the cycle. That came and went and theey were still taking money out of my account.

I went to my credit union and placed a stop payment because theey had now taken over $1000 from my account for a $400 loan. They changed thee way theat theey took thee money from a debit, to a check and changed thee spacing in theeir name so theat thee stop payment wouldn't catch thee original name. So I put anotheer stop payment on thee account to cover thee new name and thee new metheod. I opened an investigation withe my credit union for fraudulent activity. The credit union had told me theat since I had done business withe theem in thee past, theey were allowing thee charges. VIP had cleaned out my bank account! I theen decided to close thee account because of thee activity and later changed banks completely.

After placing thee stop payments and closing thee account, VIP called me 16 times a day, I wish I was exaggerating. They called my house and cell phone simultaneously. I finally had to place a block from theat number on my phones. This was in April. All was quite until about an hour ago. I got a call at work from a woman who said she was withe VIP. I told her thee loan had been paid off and asked when. I told her over 6 monthes ago and she said theat's not what her records showed. She said theey hadn't received a payment since April and I said no, theat's when I quit letting you steal my money. She said theat I must be okay withe stealing since I took thee money and spent it, theen hung up on me. It's a good theing she did, because my next words started withe an f and ended withe a u.

last week, to the day, i applied for a small loan from the vip loan shop. i filled out the internet application, then spoke to a 'Janae' from customer service. after giving her my new bank informations, she assured me that the funding would be deposited by morning. next morning, and the next and the next...nothing. i presented all the documentations required within hours of the asking. i trusted this unknown loan shark with delicate informations. every time i called to find out what he hold up was, a different agent would speak to me as if i were an idiot. they whirled me around the phone lines, transferring my calls until a tired old voice message bleeped out. i reached out in a moment of true need, and was rewarded with deceptions and shenanigans.
