Gives you the run-around
Do not enroll in this school. i did the online program. i finished the program in May and, though i persisted in calling regarding the status of my certificate, wasn't contacted by them until the end of August. i then called back in septemeber because i still hadn't received the certificate, it turns out the sent it to an address i lived at years ago (one that i had called them to change but they 'didn't have a change on file'). after calling and calling and leaving many messages and hearing empty promises of "i'll call you back within the hour", i was told that it would be another $25 + $19.50 to re-print and re-ship a certificate.
this is an unprofessional, money-hungry company.
Rip off
I took the first 2 classes in their wedding planner certification course. After signing up for the third I found a link to buy their study guide book on lulu.com. After checking out the first few pages of the book on this site I realized that the classes are simply the $125 book divided into chapters and charged 50-150 bucks to take. The book even has every...
