Third Eye Communications reviews and complaints

In the beginning of May, 2014 I requested and paid for 2 spells. They claim the spells were done, nothing happened. They "recast" them several times, nothing happened. I requested a refund, they said no because their "system" would not refund anything over 90 days, it WAS NOT over 90 days. They offered me a store credit. I ordered a bracelet and soap. To make a long story short I have been e-mailing back and forth with them, finally they asked for my address to mail me a refund, as of today AUGUST 19, 2014, I have not received anything.

This company is full of scam artists! They steal your money. BEWARE!

Oh Yes, seems that these people somehow hijacked my accounts associated with this site as well. I keep attempting to change password here, will not let me., Here I am back online after almost a year, ...It seems that somehow my original complaint against these online phishing scammers was deleted from this site as these deceivers apparently hacked into this account as well, Along with some of my other email accounts and erased my complaints. I was a devoted loyal customer for close to 3 years, especially when I started entering their contests on the Third Eye Groups chat forums, this is really where the harassment began. It was whoever hit "Claim First' that won the discounted or "Free metaphysical item displayed, ".. yet, it would kick YOU out, ..as the First Official One to be the officially classified as the "Winner", ... then, .. automatically, ...the next contestant in line would automatically win the displayed Jewelry item. If You tried to contact the administrator to explain this, then, the Bullying & harassment begins. As a sad result of this activity, if U keep on persisting to politely explain the circumstances, then, they say that You are the one harassing them, To make matters worse, All of a sudden, without warning, they ban You, ... Before You can copy & paste the necessary conversations contained within their website, as verbally written ammunition to use in your defense. For example, If I knew for sure that they were going to slip around behind my back & ban me, ...I could have safely obtained all of the written communication/ammunition from their website as to officially demonstrate the extreme bullying/harassment I experienced as to document here on complaints board, ..etc, ..
If People who are being harassed there presently catch this advice, Please, To protect yourself, against, ...".Libel & Slander, "...You can, & should, copy & paste All of the extensive emails that U send and receive, from private emails as well as their Public chat room forums as to use in your defense before they "..ban Your Free membership, !", ...It is Apparent, , . All of them gang up on You and stalk You when attempting to resolve any member issues with others when communicating to other members there ( many of them are close family members & relatives, ..)..who are really phishing around to start arguments & continued harassment. After they ban You they will keep persisting that You Voluntarily delete your account, so that any traces of Email evidence will be erased. I hereby refuse, I will not delete my account so that the Evidence is there for any future Investigations.!... Especially with All of the bullying, Extreme Harassment that I kept experiencing along with very Immature & unnecessary Intimidation tactics that I experienced is contained within their website. I regret that I was a member there in good standing for close to 3 years without any recognition or even a second thought of how loyal of a repeat customer that I was. It was only after I began to express myself and the unfair tactics used on their site, that the harassment elevated, ., (In addition, the site is not properly monitored, it is very easy to set up many fake profiles and especially with No Existing, strict, underage restrictions..)..It is ONLY after they encourage people to spend large amounts of money there, then, ...their true colors start to show, as The Creep Show begins.
