returns
I have returned one item and have not received my credit for that return and I have been trying to return another item and no one will send me a return shipping label to complete my return but for over a month now and many emails later no response at all from Touch of Modern. I wished they had a phone number but to no avail. So the only way to contact them thru emails but if they don't answer your emails how do you get anything resolved very Frustrated.
Desired outcome: Just straighten out my return problems so I can get credit and resolve these issues. Not asking for anything extra just what is due to me.

Long sleeve polos (5 items)
I placed an order in Touch of Modern back in October 18, 2023,
(# O7268573036) which I did not receive yet. After contacting Customer Service twice, I received one email, stating that my merchandise was delayed, due to problems with the manufacturer; that happened 25 days ago. At this time, I am still waiting for my merchandise, which I order for Christmas. I want this delivery made as soon as possible or the refund of my money, so I can order similar merchandise in a more serious and responsible website, either way would work well for me. Thank you in advance for your attention to this matter.

WE ordered a bottle of bourbon and have heard NOTHING from Touch of Modern. I research what my be wrong and find that they can't send alcohol to TX

Desired outcome: refund money- $300+
Ordered an item, always showed po sent 4-5 weeks, the. Disappeared
I ordered a white mag mini wireless charger with a light for $29.99 along with a bunch of other items. They charged me, all items came except this one item.
This item was shown as PO sent expect delivery in 4-5 weeks. This has been the case since June 2023, as of early September same status. Asked for update, but no response. Now the item does not even show in my order history.
Item now being sold for $39.99 ad of today.
Basically stole my money. Not good. Been a customer for way too long and bought too much from them.
Desired outcome: Refund money and apology
My order was incomplete
I ordered a set of 5 skin care products and only received one item. When I notified Touch of Modern, they sent me the UPS tracking number. I have now written to them over and over and over that I don't need the tracking number. That one item was received. Where are the other four? The either just ignore me or send the tracking number again. They are hideous. Their customer service is non-existent and, of course, no phone number to call. Stay away from this horrible company. I think they are a total scam. Their new name should be Touch of Scam!

company sales counterfeit products
Place a Flash Light order back in January 2023.In their Web Site company claims product would be delivered in 2-3 weeks. Now May 20, 2023 after more than 4 months I have not received my order. My credit card was chargd for full amount plus shipping which was suppose to be free. Their customer service never answer phone or respond to any of my emails. After this experience I got suspicious about previous a watch I bought from this company. When I checked with authorized dealer I was told the watch was counterfeit.
Company refuse to take the watch back or refund my money. same story about flash light.
Do not waist your time and money with this company. This company is a big scam has been defrauding large number of people.
Desired outcome: Do not do any business with this company. They are Fraud. Do not fall to their fancy advertising. I hope justice department start criminal investigation against these people.
Product not delivered and card charged
Touch of Modern claims that there was fraudulent alert on my account.
But they charged me $15 at my credit card.
It took me almost 2 weeks of waiting for my order and now they closed my account and charged me $15. They wasted my time. I thought this is a decent company but NOT. They further said that they voided my credits.
I will never deal with this fraudulent company again.
Never deal with Touch of Modern. They don't give you clear and valid explanation and just rip you off!
Too rude and unprofessional staff.
The company Touch of Modern sells not very good-quality stuff and didn’t react properly to questions and emails. I have asked to tell me more about one item, but the online agent reacted very strangely and I got very unsatisfactory and rude I would say response. It was already unpleasant to deal with them, but I haven’t bought from them. I only needed more details. It was the last time, when I tried to speak with this staff.

Where is my purchase or where is my Refund of $64.

The item mentioned about hasn’t been delivered. Touch of modern states or was mailed but dot have a tracking number. Their Shipped platform indicates it hasn’t been mailed or processed. I have not received the item. Not sure what’s going on but Touch of Modern can’t give me an answer and I have paid in full for the item.
