I ordered free samples of the pill from the internet and there was no clear info on the fact that in order to not pay the full price for the product the order had to be cancelled within a certain number of hours. A month later another load of the pills were sent and another charge made so intotal for an allegidly free sample I am being charged £314.46.

I just put my order in on monday and then my creditcard called me today on thursday and told us this information. so we stopped the company from charging anymore. My mom and i looked into the company of "health focus" and found out they are actually called Trading Planet LTD/ The number we got was +[protected]. They claim to be open and then it hangs up on you.
I am one of the lucky ones that found out about this before it was too late. but i hope the ceditcard comapny is willing to co-opperate. Should I email these men if i get charged more?

Ah, you cut and paste king ' bradly CA '.

Do not be fooled by this entry, it is from the comapny you have had/will have issues with and is another attempt for them to try and persuide you into waiting a couple of weeks before you cancel the product.

Please search this complaints website for : Trading Planet / Life Cleanse / Dazzlesmile pro / Acia Berry and you will see the same entries in response to a huge number of global complaints about this scamming bunch of tossers.

DO NOT BE FOOLED - YOU WILL LOOSE 100's of $ or £ if you sign up for thier ' Free Trial' this is a subscription scam and nothing more.

Beware!

Trading Planet Ltd Fraud

On 7.7.09 I ordered a 15 day risk free trial of slimming pills. Since this date the following charges have debited to my credit card:

1. 9/09/09 $1.90
2. 9/09/09 $5.06
3. 7/10/09 $141.46
4. 7/10/09 $141.46
5. 21/10/09 $134.30
6. 21/10/09 $134.30

totalling $558.48 AUD.

I too was unable to get through to the number to cancel the orders. I was told that if I cancelled an order within 30 days of shipment I would be entitled to a refund. I received an email from the cancellations department who advised that I was not entitled to a refund.

Trading Planet Ltd free sample, then sending product without authorization

I ordered their free trial of Life Cleanse tablets & did not receive any further communication. They've sent 2 further bottles, plus an invoice for 82.95 British Pounds. They say they do not accept returns!

I have tried calling all the telephone numbers stated, international (just get answering machine, music & call during GMT hours) & supposedly toll free from Canada (which is not in service). I sent an email to [protected]@tradingplanetltd.com & it was undeliverable due to "unattended email address"! How convenient!

There seems to be no way to cancel this ongoing order!

Please advise.

I have also been sent emails from support@tradingplanetltd.com and have been able to reply to this address so it is not closed but maybe does not receive unsolicited emails?!

Keep trying. I have another number quoted on thier emails which is [protected] so you can maybe try this one.

Trading Planet Ltd fraudulent charges

I ordered a thirty day "FREE" supply of herbal/weight loss supplements from wesites, "Focus cleanse" and "Vitality clean."
I have received no product and keep having charges put through on my credit card. They are now using the name "Antiage access."
Over 500 dollars in bogus charges have been put through.
I have tried numerous times to contact their so called customer service line, only ever getting a message, which does not allow for messages to be left. There is no email.
This has to be stopped.

I am an ex Local Billing Limited employee, the owners of www.acaiberryexclusive.com, www.acaiberry-lifecleanse.com, www.absoluteacaiberry.com and another sites with these fake diet products (colon cleanser, acai berry, resveratrol). They are operating using various companies: Viv3Labs for Europe, FMW Laboratories for US And, lately, to avoid the problems caused by the scam using Viv3Labs, they are using Trading Planet Ltd for Europe and Information Tech Systems LTd for US. Also, they are using PurpleSky LTD at Cyprus for Europe. Lately, they are using some companies opened to process credit cards for the porn industry (LB Pride Studios, LB Envision Net Worldwide, etc.- all of them are Local Billing Companies – LB stats for LB).
The business model is to offer a FREE SAMPLE, only charging you the postage (this is an excuse to get your credit card number) and, then, due to HIDDEN Terms and Conditions, charge people incredible amounts of money for pills and nutraceuticals (in some cases more than 80€ /bottle), which in any retail place cost less than 6 US$ per bottle. This business model is, basically, A SCAM.
The owners of those sites are Deepak Argwal (http://www.ccap.ph/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=106:deepak-agarwal&catid=76:hot-topic, who, apart from this business –contactcenter, legal-, is running more than 2.000 Porn Sites –see DeeCash.com-), Clay Douglass (http://www.linkedin.com/in/claydouglass) and Mitch Platt (http://www.linkedin.com/pub/mitch-platt/4/271/878).
It is easy to find them through the information that appears on the site registration of www.acaiberryexclusive.com.

I thought I would try the "risk free" free sample of Acia Berry detox pills. Only once I had filled out my details did I spot (in tiny lettering) that after the free trial they will send you tablets every month at an extortionate price. I tried to call them immediately, only to find that the telephone number they gave for international customers (they are a UK company and I am in NZ) puts you through to Noel Leeming! I'm going to cancel my card straight away. PLEASE DON'T BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!

Total Sham - didn't work for me either. I'm in NZ and did the same as springdragon - ordered both then discovered the small print when the stuff arrived.
I tried calling to cancel, although after holding for ages on the international number (another rip off!) decided i couldn't afford to hold much longer.
I called my card company & cancelled my card instead. If these trading planet people ever contact me again, I'll tell them where to shove their products! Not impressed at all.
Although can't believe I was dumb enough to be sucked in either?!? Grrrr.

They did right by me. I ordered it and had a friend order, too, because it was a good deal and I liked what I got. Both of us had good experiences and called to cancel and were treated professionally. This is the number I called +[protected] but I also found this one which was a free number [protected]. Lots of grousers on this site...or maybe some of you guys are their competitors? Who knows. Anyway, I can only speak from my experience which was positive.

Trading Planet Ltd Life Cleanse/Acai Berry

I have just read with horror all the complaints about this company so immediatley went to my bank to do a cancellation order which they did, I also phoned Trading Plant customer care number [protected] and spoke to 'a very nice lady' to cancel all future shipments to which she provided me with cancellation numbers and asured me that no more orders would be sent and no further payment would be taken from my card, she also gave me an e-mail address of www.acaiberryexclusive.com which I am about to try, hopefully this has been enough but I am prepare to have to cancel my bank card if necessary, wish me luck and will keep you updated.

Now, they discovered this hole on their ability to remain hidden and are registering the new sites using a Marketing company located in the US, Moniker OnLine Services

I found out a way to cancel the order by email:
1- EMAIL: support@localbillinglimited.com
2- Ask for cancellation and give your complete information(name, surname, address, bla bla bla...)
3- Answer ALL information they ask...
4- Some days later they will say that there was NO SOLUTION TO YOUR THREAD.
5- KEEP asking for cancellation...tell them you could not contact the viv3.com telephone.
6- They will contact 4 u. BE HAPPY!

Trading Planet Ltd free trial scam

It is 10:30pm (NZ Time)8/9/09- I have wasted 10 mins talking to 3 different customer service tonight . What I thought was a free 15 day trial purchase turned out to cost me $180.89 (nZ dollars) for each product of ACAI BERRY and COLON CLEANNER
After signing up I tried to cancel when the product didnot turn up WITHIN 10 DAYS.
But off course with the time differences if was quite difficult especially with no email or voicemail available TO GET THRU TO CUSTOMER SERVICE.
And on the occassion that I did get thru their computer systems was conveiently down- communication were dead.
Finally on the 20th of August I got thru and cancelled the order that I had placed on the 4/8/09.
The customer service assured that all orders had been cancelled and I wouldn't be charged .
But come the first month banking statement I was billed $180.89 (nZ dollars) for each product .
I had read the fine print and done things accordingly, I got caught within the time differences and the very unhelpful customer services. This company are using the terms and condition to hide this scam .

OVERSEAS BUYER BEWARE-THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AS SUCH, YOUR CALLS WILL BE ANSWERED AND HANG ON, YOU WILL BE TOLD THAT THE COMPUTER SYSTEMS DOWN AND SO THEY DELAY YOUR REQUEST UNTILL IT'S TOOOO LATTEE! SIMPLY TO DO NOT SUPPORT THIS COMPANY##!

From Canada, same story, thought they were sending some free samples, not a whole bottle, got billed on Visa for $266. Canadian two months later. But, sneakily, they billed the acai berry and colon cleanse as skin care products. Someone might inadvertently think they purchased skin care products and let this scam continue. This company should be investigated by the authorities!

I too was billed last month for £123.00 + after the initial supposed trial cost for 15 days supply - that didnt arrive in time for me even to try 1 tablet before the 15 days was up - think they are sending out just in time to cover the 15 days trial and then billed afterwards - I cancelled my card right away after they too the money out of my account and have filled a form in with my card company who are going to try and get me my money back - there must be something wrong in their details that we can dispute the 15 days supposed free trial when you dont get 15 days to try them out - have also sent an email to the Sun Newspaper on this - would possibly help if more people followed suit and pestered the national newspapers to get this scam stopped!

Trading Planet Ltd Unordered productsbeing charged

I took up the offer of a free sample of Life Cleanse health supplements. The web site said it was a free trial and you only need to pay for shipping. They sent them and charged $5.93USD but then 17 days later charged another $118.63 USD and then sent some more pills 15 days after that charging another $118.63 a total of $379.34 NZD. My complaint is that it wasn't made clear on their web site that the product is not a free trial and they will continue to send the product to you without you knowing. AND ALSO THE PILLS ARE INCREDIBLY OVER PRICED AND DON'T WORK. they are supposed to cleanse the bowel they don't help with constipation at all. I have cancelled my credit card as they are impossible to get hold of and real scammers, so would never refund my money.

I ordered, what I thought was to be a free 14 day trial for supplements. I paid the shipping and I also paid for Duty. However, when my Visa statement arrived I saw that I was charged $130.41 per product all because I did not read the terms and conditions that stated I was to have called them within 15 days to cancel. I called VISA, who were sympathetic, but not able to credit the amount charged. They did give me a 1-888 # to call, but I did not get very far. Although I did get cancellation #'s verbally, Visa wants it in writing. Another point that I made was they sent me products that I did not order. Visa maybe able to help me if I can prove they are incorrect.

I ordered free samples paying only postage and packing a total of £8.90 which was deducted from my credit card however no free samples arrived, I phoned several times but only listed to music and spoke to no one, I therefore wrote to the company in question, the next thing I knew was I received one tub of tablets complete with a further invoice for £82.95 which had already been deducted from my credit card. There appears to be no way to stop these ... you cant phone (no one replies and when they do they hang up) there is no email address and when you write they ignore you. My daughter lives in Linlithgow, perhaps this will be my next move! DO NOT BUY THEM THEY ARE A CON!

I am yet another person who seems to have fallen for this scam. Very frustrating and costly learning curve. Purchased what I thought was just a sample of a product. Have now had 4 separate payments (unauthorised by me) deducted from my Visa card - total $659.00! Nearly died. Can't believe these people get away with it. Worst part is bank says although you cancel your credit card there is no guarantee it will stop them taking more monies from your credit card - no idea how this works as thought with cancelling it mean't cancelled. Anyway can now only hope to contact these fraudsters - report them and cancel anything I have with them! The system is very poor that these people can get away with this and by the looks of it a hell of a lot of money.

On Facebook, one Sunday at the end of January, I saw yet another ad for Acai Berry diet supplements. Like so many others before me, I clicked on the link - read the blurb - fell for it and decided to take advantage of the 'free trial' at a postage & packing cost of £2.88. Within 5 mins of making the purchase, the Anti-Fraud desk at HSBC Bank called me to 'alert me to unusual account activity'. I explained that I'd just made a purchase at £2.88 and they told me that the company were claiming over £65. They asked me if I would like the payment stopped and I confirmed I would. The following day, I called the bank to confirm that they'd been successful in stopping the payment and they said yes. A couple of weeks later, I got my credit card statement and there it was - the payment was still showing. So, I phoned the bank and they re-credited it - saying that they would reclaim the money from the company themselves. It is now a month later and I came home from work today to find a jiffy envelope containing pills and, when I checked my credit card online, another £65 + has been taken. I've reported the fraud to my bank again and emailed the company concerned. If the Linlithgow Police won't go round and stop these thieves from taking my money, I may have to find someone willing to go and 'persuade' them in person! I've informed Trading Standards and the POlice. I'm sure between them they can shut them down. In the meantime, I've canceled my credit card. Apparently, even if HSBC flag a company as criminals, Master Card and Visa won't do so, just because they're regularly stealing from you.

OMG! I thought the Life Cleanse was a "free trial" and postage was $8.95 postage only. I got my bank statement showing the rip off price was $147! I emailed them to tell them what a rip off they were to a pensioner who simply thought one bottle was for $8.95 Au. They are the biggest daylight robbers I can think of. NEVER EVER TRUST THESE PEOPLE AGAIN!

I just received an email reply that they do not reply to emails and I have to ring them from Australia! I'll tell them what I've done and what I think of them! Hopefully I get somewhere.

This is just an update to hopefully help others. I realised the day after a ordered a free trial from this company that it was a scam. I managed to get through by phone today by calling 011-44-[protected]--I called from Canada so if you are Canadian too this is the number to call. In their ad they did not include the 011 before the number--I got this from the operator. This may be why you are not getting through.I spoke with a guy named Ryan and told him my card was canceled and that I had read tons of complaints from unhappy customers. I also told him that those who had them analyzed found that the capsules had mostly caffeine in them. There are medical conditions that can be negatively affected by caffeine which would explain why some people felt bad taking them. I told Ryan I did not want my free trial--he said it was already shipped and I told him-"I don't care and I don't want them--I will be sending them back. I tried to cancel well before 48hrs of ordering them and I know my rights as a consumer--I can legally break this kind of contract in less then 48hrs. The pills are mostly caffeine and I don't want them!" Then I told Ryan he was going to give me two cancellation numbers--one number for each product. He told me to get a pen and paper ready and I informed him that I had both before even calling him. He never argued with me or gave me any flack the way they do some people. I spoke to him as an informed consumer so he had no choice but to give me what I demanded. My advice to all is to be very firm in your demands as I was. Remember these guys are scam artists--you don't have to be polite to them. Good luck to all. I personally will never let a free trial suck me in--I'm normally not so gullible but I did see a number to call and cancel and knew I had 15days to cancel--I didn't let him tell me I had to actually try the pills before canceling--me telling him about the caffeine content probably stopped him--he knew by my words and tone that I was serious and knew what I was talking about. Challenging me would have just been grief for him.

I gave my details based on the promise of a free sample but was further billed £79 plus £3.95 shipping and handling totalline £82.95
The order date on the invoice I was sent was weeks after I actually filled in the application for the free sample. This is at best misleading and these people should be arrested! This is a complete disgrace and I have had to change my account details to avoid further money being 'stolen' from me by this unscrupulous company. I hopt they are brought to justice before they rip off even more thousands of people than they already have.

I responded to an advert on the internet regarding some slimming pills which were marketed by the above company. According to the ad I would receive FREE diet pills. Upon receipt of the pills on 17 October 2017, (after paying£3.95 for postage), I checked the internet again and discovered that I would be charged a fee of £75.00 unless I cancelled the subscription within 15 days of receipt of goods. I immediately phoned to cancel and was assured by the sales rep that my subscription had in fact been cancelled forthwith. Today I checked my bank account and found that I had been debited in the amount of £75.00. I immediately phoned the call centre for Trading Planet Ltd to find out why I had been charged when I had in fact cancelled this subscription. I was informed that my subscription had NOT been cancelled, and that it would only only be cancelled today. The person who I spoke to (CAMCE)? asked me what my cancellation number was and obviously I did not have this number as the person I spoke to when I originally called had neglected to give me this information. CAMCE advised me that the money that had been deducted was non refundable. Basically
they have fraudulently debited my bank account as I did in fact cancel this subscription timeously. I would like some assistance in bringing these crooks to book as this is just a huge scam. The call centre personnel are very unhelpful and refuse to put me in touch with a supervisor so that I can take this complaint further. Please could someone give me advice as to how to get this money refunded.
