UKLRS Deed Search

I requested a deed search by this bunch of charlatans in January 2015. I heard nothing from them for six months when my solicitor wrote to me disclosing a search by him using the real Land Registry. I wrote to The Land Registry asking why the solicitor had received a response and I had not. They replied with a short note stating that my contract was with UKLRS and not them and therefore they could not help meany further. This was when I became aware that I had not used The Land Registry but a different organisation. All subsequent communications to UKLRS received no response what soever. It is quite clear to me that this is a total scam and the solicitors mentioned above in another response are equally complicit in my view acting as a drop box for a blatant fraud! Why are these fraudsters allowed to continue on the top of th google search lists after 3 years of blatant fraud? Why have the police not become involved? All good questions

UKLRS Property ownership deed

Paid £70 on 31/8/2015 and was told by the LRTD Search Team that the property ownership search for BonneNuit2015-31/08/2015 18:06:21 had been ordered and to allow 4-6 working days for a response. 17 days later, still no documents to download. 17/9 emailed Customer Services to demand full refund. No response. Am contacting fraud squad through my bank to try and get my money back. The website looks real enough and I can't believe this has happened to me.

UKLRS money back

Dear Sir. I needed information that could be provided only y the Land Registry .Having Googled "Land Registry" up came UK Land Registry Services (UKLRS). From the way this site presented itself I fully thought I was in contact with the actual Land Registry internet site .I scrolled down their pages identifying the information I required; I paid for the requested information.( £60.00)
on 6th August 14, no confirmation was received. I awaited the requested info having understood that in some cases it could take up to 5/6 weeks to provide.
10 weeks later! and the requested info having NOT been provided I sent a letter to their PO Box on the Wirral stating that as so much time had elapsed the information I had paid for was now of no use, siting their 5/6 week deadline, Therefore would they please return my money. Shortly afterwards the information I had asked for was available to download on my e addressI
Despite 2 more letters repeating my request (to their PO Box) I have had no response AT ALL!
There is no contact tel no or email address on their site. Just a Po Box no. David Warburton

I have asked for information from UKLRS and received information for surrounding property but not the address I asked for. After several e -mails I was told that the property in question was unregistered and therefore no information was available. This still did not stop them taking £200 off me. Furthermore, the report on rights of way was also not forthcoming.and i am left out of pocket and no wiser than when I started.

Sorry to say I have been done for nearly £30. Paid my money for some deeds, the deeds did not arrive. Email them several times but no reply. Cant phone them as there is no telephone number. Gave a review about them on Trustpilot and 2 days later they emailed me asking if I would like a refund. However, when trying to reply it keeps coming up system error. The whole thing is a con and legal action should be taken.

It also happened to me, £37.13 worse off... I sent details of the 'fraud' to Rogue Traders, I can't see the point of trading standards - these people need to be exposed as the crooks they are.

I just fell for this scam paying £23 for a £3 service. I actually thought they were the land registry. Anyway noticed immediately that they weren't and sent a cancellation email to the address provided. An hour later they applied for the funds, 3 hours later sent the docs i already had.
I note that they are also capturing card details rather than using a direct payment service. This is really bad practice and i believe they need to notify you that your details will be held. Which they do not.
The upshot of this is AVOID these websites

Dear Sirs. I requested Land Registry info from UKLRS on 5 august 2014 paying £60.00
Despite several reminders I had no response until i sent by RECORDED DELIVERY (to their PO box) on 23rd 10 2014 advising them that as they had broken their contract (a max of 7 days for reply) and that the requested info was, after 10 weeks no longer of use My I please have my money back. No response what so ever.
With a witness I visited their registered office at Monks Quay Birkenhead on 02/12/2014 handing over my invoice plus dispersments £92.00 (I received a receipt) This registered address belongs to a firm of accountants who pass on ( I presume) correspondence to the directors/secretary of UKLRS
No response has been forthcoming. Im now forwarding my experiences to Trading Standard, Chester and considering court action. I have traced the addresses of directors Roy David Mckee and Aries Janssens and intend knocking on their doors.if anyone wishes to join me in forming some sort of organization in order to bring these criminals to justice let me know via this site. Im puzzled as to why they are allowed to be at the top of the Google List when typing in "land registry" I also noticed a less than satisfactory response form the Land Registry themselves as to why they could not strike off this cowboy out- fit .
