UnbeatableSale.com deceptive shipping charges

I ordered a $23.26 backpack for my daughter via Walmart.com which was subcontracted via Unbeatablesale.com. I knew UnbeatableSale.com was going to charge me a $12.49 charge because I am military and have an APO address (We are stationed overseas). What their website DOES NOT CLEARLY state is ONLY to APO/FPO addresses is in addition to the $12.49 fee, you are charged a $4.99 PER POUND fee! My total bill was $72.70--the shipping cost was $49.44 for a grand total of $72.70! When I called to talk to the customer rep, he told me all I could do would be to return it once I received the backpack--at my expense and then I'd be charged a 20% restocking fee! This is, I feel, clearly opportunistic to those of us in uniform and our families are we are the ONLY ones being charged this fee! This business should be ashamed with themselves to literally allow charges that are twice the amount of the purchase, especially for a single small item--a backpack!

This company needs to be shut down!

Ordered an item from them that caused health related issues, and they still refuse to provide a refund. Continue to fight until you get your refund. P.O.S company needs to cease and desist.

UnbeatableSale.com The company had a poor listing of a product &mesh officials pinnies& with no photo

The company had a poor listing of a product "mesh officials pinnies" with no photo. I purchased them expecting striped official/referee pinnies. When they arrived they were simply multi-colored pinnies. I was frustrated, but not as much as I would become later. I got an RMA and returned the product. The company refused to refund my to shipping. So I got outed shipping to me and shipping back to them and never even opened the product. My advice: DON"T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH unbeatablesale. There are better beatable sales.

RIP OFF AND SCAM ARTISTS! Horrible experience...I buy stuff from ebay and sends the incorrect part, and refuse to communicate through ebay. Worst place ever...SAVE YOURSELVES FROM A LIFETIME OF MISERIES, and don't buy from this place! Picture is a 10 Step Ladder, and they send a 6 step Ladder with VERY vague photo!

UnbeatableSale.com Refused to give refund

I placed an order 10/14/11 that was supposed to ship right away. I called 10/19/11 and was told that it didn't ship yet, so I told Amy to cancel it. She said she would. Product shipped anyway, I refused it, and then didn't receive a credit. Many phone calls and 3 months later, I finally get a credit for $98 and change (I was charged $161.99). Amy says it was for a "refusal fee". Unbelievable. I will NEVER buy from this company again! I see there are similar complaints about this company on the web, too! Apparently, it's standard practice by these people!

UnbeatableSale.com Price Scam, Shady business practice

Beware, don't buy from them. NO CANCELLATION POLICY+ 25% Restock fee (Just check their site policy). You are forced to buy it. Shady wesbite that tried to scam with bait and switch. Horrible customer services who yell at you, and refuse to even cooperate. I purchased a table from unbeatablesale.com at the advertising price of $150. The order total price at check out was $150 (including shipping price), but after I submit the order, the charge to my paypal account become $200. That was not the price I was informed when purchasing the item. I immediately contacted unbeatablesale.com right after the order through the provided email contact for customer service at [protected]@Unbeatablesale.Com hoping to have the error corrected or the sale order cancel. The request did not received any response from unbeatablesale.com. I followed up with phone calls the next day to customer service department. The customer service representative refused to correct the price error, but I was assured that the order is cancelled. However, I later received an email notification of the shipment of the item despite my attempt to cancel it. I immediately tried to contact customer service for two more times to have this error corrected. However, my request was not addressed, all I was told is this request will be forward to another department. Now I am forced to receive the item without the full refund because unbeatablesale.com has been less than honest in its business practice and refused to acknowledge an error on its part. The unreasonable policies on unbeatablesale.com also stated that I will be charge with 25% restocking fee and shipping cost of the item for order cancellation. Together, these fee would accounted for almost 50% of the price of the item. I find it is unreasonable that I should be charged with these fee as a result of an error on the part of unbeatablesale.com that it refuses to address properly despite my numerous attempt to inform the company the problem with the order and resolving it in a reasonable manner. In total, I call them 5 times and nothing has changed, even after speaking to management level. Their reasoning was I should had pay attention, it's my fault for not reading through all of their policies pages and the fine print! Refuse to acknowledge the price error (claim that it was never that price on their site, even though I took a screen shot for them + Google Cache of the wesbsite has it at that price Amazon price is $50 lower, but they still say that's an impossible price). Basically they force you to buy their item. Even use shady tactics if you try to price match, they gonna claim little details like Amazon's title is different, the picture is from a different angle=> not the same product (even though Amazon list the exact same model number). One word, if you buy from them, prepare to call you bank to deal with the mess. "

They delivered the wrong part and then kept my money for over a month! They have poor customer service with a superior attitude! Stay away from these people!

Purchased item for my husband through this company over Walmart.com website and marketplace item. Cost of item was $143 plus tax and shipping. Item is a shower toilet chair for handicapped people. As soon as item arrived, my husband with inoperable brain tumor was placed into Hospice. I tried to initiate a return via Walmart website and got a response from company with RMA number. I was to return item shipped back out of my pocket (at cost $123 plus $2.50 for insurance) and wait for refund. I thought amount to ship back was outrageous since shipping cost for them to ship to me was $23 so I took item to Walmart . They were unable to give me a refund saying it was a marketing item and they didn't own the company. What a rip-off. I will never order from Wal-Mart nor shop there again!
