I'm a US citizen living abroad with my wife and children. Before I left the USA, my ex-wife and I had joint custody of our children and then I got sole custody of my children. I legally took them abroad to live with me and my new wife and children. Unfortunately, the child support order was not stopped or reversed. That resulted in me getting my passport revoked. Therefore, I am currently living abroad without a valid passport or a place to stamp my visa. For this reason, I told the embassy that I need a temporary validity document until my lawyer can finish dealing with this case in the USA. I wrote to the embassy and they told me to come to the embassy so that they can help me. When I went there they told me that there is nothing that they can do. After going home, I tried to write back to them in order to question them about what they told me via email, but now they don't answer me. I was even treated very rudely at the embassy. When I asked to speak to the Ambassador, they told me that there is no Ambassador there. How can I complain about this? They should at least answer my emails and try to help me.

if ur planning to apply visa in US think 1000 times first before u do it, Dont waste money for nothing, they are getting lots of money to other pple whose applying visa, FOR GOD SAKE i cant belive that the year 2013 up to 2020 no shedule for appointment to get interview...in website they are not showing its fully book ! just they put on the link that no money pay back once u paid! Me ..i dnt care even i dont get visa cz its only for pleasure ...bt im pitty to all the people whose trying to apply visa for work and study etc. How much money they are getting in 1day? the money that u will pay them better keep it and try other country to get visa for ur good. I swear to God and im telling the truth that im not lying for this. I travel a lot of country but 1st time in my life to apply visa like that. They are so rude! easy to get money for lie ! U will cannot see the date u want to put ur appointment for interview...U can see it after u pay! PLEASE ALL OF U THERE DONT PAY! it shown like this >>>>>>to book an appointment for interview click here >>>>then website link >>>>then u need to log in then click nxt then nxt then nxt then fill up your passport then pay>>>>>>if u dont pay u cannot see it cz u need to finish to fill up pasport then u need to pay it until u reach the calendar that u can choose ur appointment >>>>>>>>> ALL UNAVAILABLE for almost 2yrs all calendar is blank >>>of course how can u go to nxt if u will not get tht schedule but u need to pay it then u can see it...
NO ONE CAN SEE THE CALENDAR IS BLANK ONLY THE PEOPLE WHO PAID FOR APPLYING THT VISA!
US MBASSY BE PITTY TO ALL THE PEOPLE SPECIALLY POOR PEOPLE ! if ur schedule is full why dont u put it in ur website NOT AVAILABLE AT THIS MONTH!

Rude employees
I'm upset because of the way they are working, how is it possible that my sister request a Visa for her 2 kids just to come and visit Disney world, we were going to pick up the kids in Bogota, Colombia so they didn't have to travel alone and this employee in booth 18 decide to not give the Visa to 2 little kids that just have the fantasy to come and see...

on July 15 2012 i got my H1B visa still now i have not received the visa and passport from the international license agent from USA (ROBERT BLAKE-[protected]). Right now my uncle expired in Singapore, i am the only heir as he has no children. So it is my responsibility to do the last ceremony for him, however the agent is telling that the visa and the passport are in Chennai embassy also demanding Rs 60000 to get my passport. So please help me to get the passport and do the needful immediately.
