Usernet.nl Download of information books etc.

I signed up for this service but then got nervous when I realised that I had to download a software to my machine. I cancelled my subscription as well within the 14 day period but a message came up saying that I had to cal them. It was a Sunday so I was unable to do so I stayed up until 4 am my country time to contact this company because when I investigated there are tons of complaints about them all over the net. The first time I got through a CSR put me on to the department and I was on hold for a very long time. I attempted a second time and told the lady sternly not to put me on hold as I am not getting through to anyone and asked her to cancel my subscription. She did it and I made sure to check with her while she was still on the phone that I received an email confirming my cancellation. I attempted to cancel many times on Sunday and I got replies to all my attempts on Monday. When I got off I saw something saying my subscription was cancelled but I was on the relax plan; I immediately called back and complained about this as I did not want a relax plan it was explained to me that this was always done but if I look at the status of my subscription/ account it would say that it was cancelled and when the 14 days trial is over my credit card would not be charged. I am still within that 14 days so I will sit back and wait to see what happens after that. It is weird that you have to call to cancel I really hope these people do not charge my card

I am attempting to cancel my subscription with Usernet.nl and it is not allowing me to do so I have sent message via their contact form and their emails without success. Please help me anybody. Naqiya
