UTI Bank Credit Card Non receipt of new card!

I have applied for new c- cardmore than one month; through ur agent - SUDIPTA-VIDE PHONE-no 033-[protected] filling form but application no is given. Till now I have not got card. Pl inquire &inform me.

I have received my credit card application ref no:- 980600 on 28.12.2007. But till date I have not received status of my application. What should I do ?

i have applied for UTI Credit Card few days (15 days) ago. I was promissed that I will receive my Credit card within 21 days. I am an employee of E2E Serwizsol Pvt ltd., Kalynai Nagar, Pune Company, as per information given by ur executive, UTI Bank has sanciotned some credit card application for our company, so I will receive my card without any breaks. but after 15 days of application, I have not received any verification call also,

Plz look at this matter.

I wouldd like to jopin u a s a Credit Card Customer, and this will be first card for my life, that's why I am confused ...

UTI Bank Credit Card Non receipt of card statement for last 2 months!

I have not received the card statement for last 2 months.Whenever I called the Customer Care, nobody respond except the computerized voice recorder.Bank's Customer Care Service is worst. Suddenly, they sent me a E-Statement where they charged a Late Payment Charge.This is ridiculous since this is the fault of the bank. I sent Email, Called the Customer Care but nothing positive has come out. I don't except this kind of service from a bank like UTI.

On 17 aug I complained that I was charged joining fee though their representative said its free. Till now I didn't got any feedback and second billing cycle has come with added late fees.

The customer care service is too poor, nobody responses except tape. No replies to mails also.

i have a uti credit card since1year.but last 2 months i am getting more problems from this card (ie) getting more billamounts .so, i am intrested to cancel my credit card.pl mail the rules and regulations to my email id

Horrible customer service, its very challenging to get things done. I would suggest not to go for axis bank credit cards...

I have AXIS Bank card with annual fee, but it's executive told me that it's Life Time Free. I also complaint on Customer Care, pls take urgent action else i m going to Consumer Court. Pls revent urgently.

While applying for UTI bank credit card they(UTI bank Agent) said that this card will be given without charges.but after 2 months of getting credit card they sent E-statement of 546 Rs including 290 Rs Late payment+ 250 service charge for issuing credit card). So I did not accepted their statement i told them I wont pay that amount as i was informed regarding that... but after 1 month then suddenly deducted 750 Rs from UTI bank savings account without confirming from me...

I tried to reach customer care but it is not reachable it it reaches then I am hearing some computerized voice... This is very ridiculous and dangerous... This UTI bank people looting the all customers very much...

I requesting u all people please don't take UTI bank credit card...

UTI Bank Credit Card Unauthorized billing!

I have got a UTI bank credit card. When submitting the form I was told by the executive that there is no joining fee or annual fee. But when I received the first statement, there was an addition of Rs. 400/- as joining fee. I tried to call the customer care number printed on the back of the card but there was nobody to pick the phone or respond except the computerized one.

Dear Sir,
I have uti credit card number is "[protected]". I have already paid full payment but still i am getting unauthorised bills as well as unnecessary calls since one month daily from credit bill dept. since i don't have time to attend the calls, and nobody recieve complaint call.
So because of this reason pls. cancel my card as soon as possible.

I am Axis Bank credit card customer, I am not getting the statement of Creadit card every month.I have called almost 7 times to customer care, Still i didn't get my statement. Every they lift the phone tell same thing that we will forward you the statement but no one will take my seriously. How many times we have to call?

Such a bad customer services that axis bank was providing, People pls don't take Axis bank credit card because i am experiencing the lot of problem with it.

iam vikas agarwal using UTI Credit card from last 6 months but after 6 monts my uti gold credit card is not working I tried to call the customer care number printed on the back of the card but there was nobody to pick the phone or respond except the computerized one. next they did not send any msg for deacivate of my credit card . then their mail address in not working. if any problem is facing by customer there should be proper resopnce other wise why this card been issued

I have applied for this UTI bank credit card 4 months back .. so many time people came for verification. Many calls also . Reference no. was 512826 .

But it is a really unprofessionalism of this people.

I have applied for this UTI bank credit card 4 months back .. so many time people came for verification . many calls also . Reference no. was 339134 , then after 3 months i applied again in the name of axis bank that reference no. is 730390.

But it is a really unprofessionalism of this people.

This is in reference to the application number:595552 is my confirmation number for my credit card application. Till now I haven't received the credit card. I got a call 2 times for verification. They told that i will get card in1 week. Its been more that 1month.

I have submitted a form with necessary docs for credit card in Bangalore. I got a confirmation from uti bank stating my application has been submitted vide # 263967. But I am yet to get the card. It’s almost crossing 20 days. No update from uti bank. Very poor service!
