Vampfangs.com Terrible Customer Service

This company has long run the fringes of scamming. They have had to change companies/models multiple times, and their customer service is terrible. So terrible, in fact, that there is no way whatsoever to contact them by phone. If you try using their online customer support, they may or may not respond. If you request a phone number through their online support, they refuse to provide one.

Any business which is so terrible that it refuses to even talk to its customers is likely scamming. And that is true in this case. Products are questionable, if you even get them. Unauthorized charges are frequent. And customer support is nonexistent, by design. Stay as far awa as possible from Vampfangs.com.

I Randolph Ortiz place an order on 10/26/2015 for white zombie contacts with a 2 to 3 day delivery and you charge my bank account all ready for $66.60. I send a email to three time and still know response about my order, is it going to ship. I did notice to you took your Halloween Contacts page down from your site shortly after I order them. I hate being scammed. WTF!

I have left 2 tickets regarding my order. I have left my name email address and my order number and telephone number. I have sent 2 emails to reset my password and so far none of the 4 have been answered. I can't really give you anymore information, I am listing what is being asked for. Can someone please just answer the request? Any of them?

We have changed companies? Really? When? LOL I have been the CEO of Vampfangs since 1993. Still Vampfangs... has always been Vampfangs.

If someone fills out a trouble ticket on our site and does not give us any information at all. Yes often those tickets get bumped. For example.

"I ordered last week. Where is my order?"

Well... Who are you? Order number? What did you order? A lack of basic information forces us to focus on tickets that we can answer. Especially during our busy season.

As for unauthorized charges... that's a downright lie. We only charge for what you buy. We don't even see your credit card number... ever. It's all handled through the banks. To me it sounds like this compliant is just mad and looking to damage our reputation.

As for the phone it's true/ We do not open our phones up to the public. Why you ask? Because we are a very small team of highly skilled people. If you knew how many phone calls we used to get from kids trying to convince us they are "real vampires". Even if all of our staff manned the phones we still would not have enough manpower to weed out the odd calls from those who need help. So your first reaction to that is why don't we hire more people to answer the phones? We could... but then we would also have to raise out prices to cover that huge expense. So... would you rather have the best prices and great support by email? Or higher prices with phone support that may or may not be busy listening to how some 17 year old boy got "turned"? To us it made sense to weed out the fringe via support tickets.

And it's worth mentioning that all of our staff... even me as the CEO answer tickets. We have the zendesk app on our phones. We are here and help hundreds of people each day.

Vampfangs.com Terrible Company

I bought some items from them and purchased two day shipping. I got them 4 days late. I complained and asked for my money back. They said it was my fault for buying on Tuesday. So why is there a two day option if they can only do 2 day shipping on mondays? Worst part. about 30 min after the reply to my camplaint. My email was hit with litterally 36 porn sites. Never had them before until after I was on thier site. I know it was them who sent it because all the subject lines are vampire and monster related. DISCUSTING! Never Use Them!

Yes I beleive you! I placed an oder in september received part of my order but was charged for full! I am attempting to contacting vampfangs with no luck! Emailed several times & voice mail is always full very dissapointed! Vampfang is a rip off company! BEWARE Do not order from them!
Very frustrated customer!

I have been buying from Vampfangs for years and never had any problems. I dont think you are telling the truth or the whole story.

Vampfangs.com on-line scam

I recently ordered vampire fangs for my teens and myself for hallowe'en; however even though my mastercard has been charged, we have not received the product. I have been trying to contact them but every time I try to go on-line to find out the information, it closes me out of the site. Now as of today, October 29th, the site is temporarily closed. Now I am out of $90.00 -and they have my mastercard number!

I ordered mine in 1/31/14 and its about 3 days and it says that it's awaiting fulfillment...:-€

I ordered prescription contacts and a set of werewolf fangs on oct. 19th. with the 2-3 day USPS shipping option. The forms for the contacts were faxed to them on oct. 21st by my eye doctor. I sent them 2 emails with questions. My first email was answered the next day and I was satisfied with the answers I received. I sent a second email with more detailed questions about the shipping and didn't have any of my questions answered. My second email said the following: "The forms for the contacts will be faxed to you today and I'm wondering if the shipping option I selected for the shipment will be fast enough to receive them by the 26th. If not, I am willing to change the shipping option. If this is the case then how can I change the shipping metheod and do you have a contact phone number so that I can speak to a vampfangs customer service employee directly? I have tried to change the shipping metheod but it will not let me edit the shipping metheod. Also on this order I have a set of werewolf fangs and if the contacts will not arrive by the 26th will the fangs be shipped before then?". The email was answered the next day (today) and said the following: "Hello Craig,
As long as we get the approval fax today, we will place an order for the lenses to be drop-shipped to you today directly from the manufacturer." This answered none of my questions and was absolutly no help. The definition of drop-shipping is: a supply chain management technique. This involves a retailer that doesn't keep goods in stock, and they instead ship customer details to a wholesaler or manufacturer who ships the product right to the consumer. The retailer profits. which is what they do anyway and I'm a little worried about getting my shipment. They really need to improve their customer service and need to at-least have the option to speak directly to someone over the phone. Is that so hard to ask?

i ordered mine and they havent arrived. the set the deadline as 7 days after shipping confirmation. now they still havent arrived and it is 8 days afterwards and the site is down! not happy at all :(

I live in Holland, and have ordered stuff lots of times. I have never had a problem. I would recommend them to everyone.

WOW! I have been ordering from them for years and NEVER had any trouble. They always answer my emails quickly when I have questions. I had to return an item once... no issues. I dont get why you had trouble.

I ordered mine last saturday...got a confirmation...30 mins later...monday said they were shipped...havent recieved anything yet...it's October 29th...I was hoping to have them on Friday the 30th...Saturday i'm going out of town...so if there not here tomorrow...I will not do business with them again! I'm hoping it'll all work out!

i orderd some subtle vamp fangs about a week ago. i recived them on friday. my mate and i were too happy. his cousin got hers as well, thats why we trusted the site. however, when i looked up payment method it said that the cost was in australan dollers, so i was happy to pay the 30ish buks it cost, but realy it was like 60 buks- cuz thay used usa curency, just never said so! grr. AND i selected a 7.50 payment on the shiping- but thay changed it to like, 25buks without me knowing! so i paid way to much, but i did get my fangs

I got my lenses next day! I was surprised they came so fast! I have nothing bad to say about Vampfangs. The really made my last minute costume

I ordered liquid latex from this company on last Saturday, got my conformation email and they charged my account. There website said my order was shipped. I haven't received anything! I had express shipping on the item! I'm pissed!
