Not for for filling contract with remaining electrical, poor workmanship
This company sold me back in August of 2020 and as of today we do not have a pool we can use. They ask to be paid before they complete all of there work, per small print in there contract, but clearly do not care to complete the job after they are paid. I too contracted Van Kirk to build my pool back in 2004. They broke ground on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving and my yard was a debacle for that holiday weekend and for 6 more months to come.
