fraud company (webpaquehosting) against web hosting company
Hello all,
My name is Pradeep. I was approached by "Varma Group, Varma Hosting", a website designing and hosting company based in Vikas Puri - Delhi (http://varmahosting.com/, Web hosting Questions |Web Design Delhi India[/url]), in September 2015 for creating website for my charity based site :- https://sahioffer.com/
I made a payment of Rs 120000/-, to use their services and requested them to design my website at the earliest. Despite repeated calls, I was neither provided with payment receipt nor was the work started, all the while I was assured that website was under construction, and would be hosted soon.
After a long awaited calls, I got my site with waste design and incomplete information in the site, but I filled my self to complete it as I was lagging in time to launch it.
The owner is, Mr. Vishal Varma, Parthiba Varma He is website developer who offers hosting at Rs.10000/- for one year. Beware of such cheap hosting providers. He will charge you for one year and very next month your website will be down. You can not argue with the seller. You can not do anything. Your website is down and you are helpless.Now he is telling, I havent taken option of maintening the site, and my site is not working now. I had lot of expectation on this site and on that bases(outcome I wanted to help the poor kids education), this guy is fraud chap, never believe and take design from this guy. He is totally unreliable person. You can call such persons a cheater.
And whoever is the concerned person please help me to resolve my issue.

I am from Kashmir, this company has looted me. since from year 2013 they are promising me that they will design a web portal for me but till time nothing happened. firstly they designed a static website and told me to pay an amount 57 thousand rupees but after they suspended it. i don't know why they have suspended it. in last interaction via hangout they promised to restore the website on 5th September but it is 20th today they have not restored it. My appeal to all you guys is to help me

"Varma Group" Delhi based fake company is run by a person name VISHAL belongs to Jharkhand or Bihar. He hire people from Delhi with a commitment that they will going to open a office(Branch) in that city (From where the candidate is) but you have to do work from home for one moth till our office is not established. He gave edited PDF offer letter nd commit soon your documents come to you.He will provide you company ID for communication with the access domain https://mail.varmagroup.co.in/, So he can deactivate after his work is completed no proof anybody have.
I also indulged in his ### talk i done two iOS (iPHone and iPad) application for this company from Hyderabad with one of my team member. After finishing the application he is not replying us about payment, deactivate our company ID. So guys Beware of such DOGS don't do work from home if you do ask for half payment before starting your work.

Varma Group...This fraud group in year 2011 just told me that they will book a domain and design my website and accordingly booked a domain www.peacenewskashmir.com and designed website having 6 pages, for this work 1 charged 25, 500 rupees that i paid but the i was not satisfied with design and conveyed them every day even they did not bother on my complaints. But now the website is down from past 7 months besides a renewed my domain and paid website hosting charges accordingly
Can Now any one help me on humanitarian grounds so that i can get my money back or get my website live!
After putting a complaint here the company immediately contacted me and restored the site. since then the website www.peacenewskashmir.com is working. however in designing we are still facing problems particularity Google adscene is not taking the site but the company as assured that in comming days they will resolve all the problems which i am facing.

Lodge an FIR also an Consumer forum complain to get your money back, he's a big fraud, even he cheated on me. If you all want your money back lodge an complain in a group with all proof so that we can bound him and get our money back. I have mail proofs in my case.
Vishal varma(Chutiya Varma Bihari) runs this fraud company and his mobile no is [protected] with a prostitute called prathibha varma and make people and his employees fool. Don't even trust that ###.
