Voipwise Voipwise closed my account after I purchased credit

I was using voip wise for about 1 year. IT worked for the first months, but later they started charging me for supposedly free calls. they say on their web site they have the right to charge the calls after they exceed the fiar use policy. Hovewer they never tell what is the weekly limit or monthy for this F...ing fair use time.
Anyway long story short, I decided to close my account, and filled out the form, but they did nothing. I mean, My account was open so, I decided to keep it. I got an email after the closing request saying "we have received your report. Thank you for contacting Customer Services. We will endeavour to reply as soon as possible should a customised answer be necessary. "

Then I purchased credit in order to call my familiy, Still they charged me even though I just bought credit and made the call.

More importantly, they closed my account in the morning. They did not care for the credit I bought 6 hour ago, they did not bother to make a confirmation.
I bought credit after I fill the the account close form. My account was not closed for hours then when I bought new credit, they closed my account.

VoipWise has the worst wervice ever, they dont reply my emails, they do nothing about my problem.

Have been trying to buy credit with voipwise for 2 weeks, don't know if they have gone out of business but just keep getting messages saying that are 'having problems-try later'.

Voipwise Customer rip-off

To start with VoipWise lets you make unlimited free international calls to their so called "free" destinations. But after a while, they limit both the number of free international calls one can make and the number of free days. According to the information on their web-site, once you charge your account with credit, you should be able to make unlimited number of international calls to free destinations within 90 so called "free days". When those 90 days over, they keep your remaining credit, and start charging normal rates for calls to free destinations.

But in my case, they have already limited the number of free calls 2 weeks after i charged my account with credit, which is a clear violation of their own contract terms. It is now such that i am allowed to make only one free international call every 3 days in spite of the fact that i still have more than 60 remaining free days. I submitted them a complaint regarding that issue, but they didn't bother to reply.

Voipwise vouchers invalid

Dear Sir,
I would like to inform you that, I buy 10 vouchers 1st week of January from your reseller saudi _calls with the name of Ms.Kholoud.Ther is 2 vouchers are invalid, So, I need clarification from you.
As per Ms.Kholoud it has been charged already but I didn't use.
I am sending you the 2 vouchers, Please check & send me details on which users name that voucher is redeemed.

we have no free calls sincelast month in short we say that when we have been started with rs.625 como plan with phone no.+[protected]"we have no free minutes for international calls.why?give me answer immidiately

when i use the voipwise account for international landline calls then problem arises to log on"when ifil password it appears it is mandatory and should be at least 4 characters long but actually the password has 9 characters and always we used it why problem arises during these times?give me reply immidiately

Voipwise Password Loast

Some days before I changed my contact email address and by mistake i gave wrong email address, I would like to change it to the previous one which i had taken at the time of Joining VOIPWise. After this I can be able to get my password through Email.

I have a voip account and I used to live in Netherlands and therefore used the IDEAL method to buy credits directly from my account (debit card). Now I live in London and want to buy credit I cannot find the ideal option and i dont have a credit card. I have a debit card from Santander Bank (visa). How do i buy credit? My email is eddiefoday@yahoo.com.

Voipwise no call is going

few days before i recharge 10 euro to my voipwise account. until now i am not able to call anywhere. i spoke only 2 minutes free in germany and that happend only one day. from next day whereever i am trying it shows i am not allowed to give a call and the error code is 08. whenever i want to fill up the form i didn't find any error code but i choose one code and send 2 times to them. a auto generate mail comes from them to my e-mail account and that's all! until now no solve and there is no feed up. i think people should think about this kind of fraud company before spend for that service.

hi. money is decreasing from the account but no call is going. nobody receives my call. sms too. i sent sms, money is decreasing, but nobody gets my sms. what is this? modern policy to steal from people money by legal way? if it continius like this i will stop using voipwise. i am disappointed.. shame on voipwise. new generation of internet stealers.. :(

Voipwise Terrible experience

Same here... i too recharged new of 10 euros n then when i logged on for the next time my balance was down to zero... shocked i mailed them but there was no reply n neither an action from their side... i didn't made any calls yet the balance was gone!

It will b better if voipwise authorities take sum action!

I have to accounts with Voipwise and I cannot log in on any of them!
Wy cant I get a E-mail Adress to Voipwise? is this all fake now?
Have atleast 15 Euro still in my account but cannot log in...

WOW, they have returned my credit back to my credit card without sending any email!

any way i still cant log in to my account.

but at least i can make another one and i have my money back :)

Dear sir
i'm trying to log in for the last 2 days with no luck it keeps saying
Voipwise -(9)
the user name/password invalid

even though that i'm 100% sure of my password

any way i tried to use "forgot your password" using my user name jim.haboury then putting the letter thing

the after pressing enter it shows the number 126 in red
and the same page comes back again
without giving me a note about sending the password to my email!

i've a balance of something around 45 euros

please help me

I havebeen trying to register my account last three days but it does not let me do it.Any password i put in to
creat account it says invalid .So would you guys help me to register my account than i can buy some credit
and i can make my phone call.Thank you so much.

hello, i am a new user of voipwise. i would like buy a credit but i did not know how buying a credit. because no credit card payment option there. i am so confuse on using ucash, redeem or other payment. please give visa payment option. i hope there is explanation of it. thank you

I am your customer using voipwise Internet phone sufficient credit is available in it.
For the last 4 days I am facing difficulty in calling my friends.
I feel there is problem with server its a great services provide by you .
Please let me know when you will be able to rectify this problem.
I hope you are not going to terminate this fantastic facility.

Voipwise Rip off!

VoipWise is ripoff. They say it is free after some time they charge Eur 0.01 a minute to these free countries. Why they say after paying credit you have 120 days. Now they tell me to pay more even after it should be free for 120 day. Total rip off!

charged my voip wise account and i am getting charged for every call allthought is free call at my free days at free destinations.
no reply to my emails from the company.
beaware prospective users of voip wise its a fraud.

I fully agree. I have upgraded my account with 10 Euros and all free landline calls are charged. I have spammed any of the feedback addresses but they have not responded to any complaint. These guys should be arrested for theft !

VOIPWISE ARE CHEATS..

I had 10 Euro credit and used just about 1 Euro and when I logged in again next time it's down to ZERO!

I tried contacting their customer services and they don't even have a number. The web page is just looping back and forth to the same place...

They surely do look like frauds ripping people of thier money...I'm gonna check with my bank if they can do anything!

I bought voipwise for 10 euros, but when i tried to call i could not. Same is the case with my many other friends. We have balance in our acounts but we cannot make calls. Few days ago i myself bought it for 10 euros but it was corrupted. It seems that Betamax is trying to collect money through illegal ways. That is not fair at all. There must me some check and balance on it. I can even give many proofs for this.

My friend bought it for 25 euros and after few days, even his balance is 17 euros he can not make calls.

Same here. And they did not reply to any of my emails. I will be taking action with Paypal. Recomend that others do the same to send them the right signal. Yes I did want it FREE and if it is not then they are simply LIARS.
