terrible customer service
I ordered an custom made bobblehead for a retirement gift. From the start I advised them I needed the gift for a party which was more than a month away from the order date. They advised me it would only take two weeks at the most to receive the gift. Approximately two weeks before the party I had not received the bobblehead so I called to see what was going on. They told me it was in the final stages and I would receive it within 5-7 days, which still gave me a week overlap. 5-7 days later still nothing. I called again no response, I sent an email no response. Finally I called again and spoke to someone who PROMISED I would get the bobblehead in the next few days and that they would email the tracking number. i never heard from them again. I sent numerous email and left numerous voice mails. No response. Terrible customer service, way overpriced, only positive is they gave me a prompt refund. STAY AWAY there are other places to buy this type of item.

My husband and I decided to order bobbleheads for ourselves and bridal party as gifts for them. We were very excited about this idea because we're big baseball fans and have a collection of bobbleheads. Well, whoopass did SUCH a poor job - do NOT order from them! They send you a proof of the sculpted head unpainted so you can give feedback about changes that should be made. We gave VERY specific feedback (because they looked nothing like us), and yet when they sent us another proof, they hadn't done anything! And it's an extra charge each time you ask for changes! They just sent us a picture of the finished painted wedding couple, of me and my husband, and it looks NOTHING like us. I am Asian, and the bride bobblehead looks like some white woman with black hair. It's seriously comical how bad these look. We are idiots for thinking this was a fun idea, because now we're going to give our bridal party gifts of random people bobbleheads, because they won't look anything like them. And they don't give refunds. BEWARE!

Don't order from them
I decided to have a custom bobblehead made of my friend. She is Chinese and has East Asian features. The doll does not look anything like here and is of very poor quality. They obviously painted another doll on their website so that it would have black hair. The painting was done very poorly and the lettering of her name was crooked. When I asked to have the doll remade they said they would charge another 25$ and do not offer refunds. I would suggest that if the doll you would like does not look like one of the dolls on their website then don't order from them.

I placed an order on 10/30/15, paid for expedited processing and shipping (2-3 wks!), and was assured the product would arrive by 12/16/2015. It is 12/16. NO PRODUCT. They dont answer phones, they dont respond to emails, and they will leave you hanging on chat if you ask them questions they dont want to answer. I chatted with someone 3 times over the last 3 days and was assured my order was shipping and had shipped. My order shipped from china today, the day it was supposed to arrive. It will not arrive in time for the event i needed it for. Their customer service was horrible, and they had no good reason as to why they had lied about when it was shipped. i was offered a refund of $59. yippeee. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. they clearly outsource and there is a lack of seamless communication when it comes to the product and therefore they are not able to deliver and all they say is sorry. you ask to speak to someone on the phone, and they ignore the question and offer you 15% off. haha.
THIS COMPANY IS A HUGE RIPOFF…DONT GET FRUSTRATED, WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME, JUST DONT USE THEM, PERIOD. THEY ARE HORRIBLE!
Ditto to all the complaints! It took me 18 months ... YES! ... 1 1/2 years to get to the point where I said "Enough!" and asked for my money back. This was, hands down, the worst experience I have ever had with a "business."
Likenesses are awful, painting is nothing as shown on their website, and trying to work with the obvious language barrier is impossible. The dolls are made in China and in Mexico. Not my guess, I was told that by Darby, and my proofs showed Chinese notes in the background.
Be aware that they also operate under various other names with other websites. Look for similarities in pictures, contact info and info on the websites.
I agree with you! I ordered from them and it was the worse experience. Not only did the not listen to my directions of how I wanted the bobble head painted, but my bobble head looked like it was painted by a kindergartner. It was very unprofessional looking. I refused to accept the final design (their suppose to wait until you approve of the final product before shipping as they send you pics) and complained continuously that this bobblehead was not what I wanted. They ignored my complaints without even an acknowledgement and then decided that they were going to send me this unsatisfactory product though I did not approve it. When I attempted to seek a refund, they refused to respond. This was a very expensive kindergarten craft project.

I read these reviews and still ordered from them. The reason I ordered a bobble head from them was because I looked at a few other places and they were the only ones that did custom cars. The car and the head came out pretty good and I was impressed with that. There were a few pros but more cons with dealing with them. The pros the car came out almost perfect, the head looks great, the alterations that I wanted were done with out complaint, when I inquired about my product not being here for Christmas it was shipped the next day express so I got it within the next day without paying extra, and when I e-mailed them about something I got a response the next day. The cons, when I got responses back from them they were just copy and pasted, I did not feel like I was dealing with someone, the paint job left something to be desired I ended up painting most of it over again, they say USA made but my product ended up coming from Guaymas, Mexico, I ordered my product in mid October and they had worked on it the first week of November and then I didn't hear from them for 4 weeks they still needed to paint it and I needed it for Christmas, and lastly the packing sucked, nothing major got broken but the rearview mirror fell off. I might try and deal with them again but I might look at other options too. Now that I repainted it myself it looks amazing but I paid $300 for the thing I shouldn't have had to repaint it at all. If I was that company I would totally be embarrassed of sending that quality of paint job to a client.
I have to say i read these posts before i ordered the bobblehead but decided to still go with them as they seemed like the most legit operation and had been around the longest. The whole process was great. They really helped me though the design process, they helped me to review my proofs over the phone and did not mind at all when I was a totally "needy" client as I had never made one before. I just got my doll and it is great! We have been laughing all afternoon at it! These guys are great!
Ordered 2 figures for guys in my wedding party and they just arrived. They look awesome. I paid the extra few bucks to have them send me proofs of the faces before painting, and even after it was painted I was able to ask them to fix one of the guys' smiles and they did it. They arrive and they look amazing, totally worth the money. They seem very sturdy and high quality, and were completely surrounded in a custom-cut piece of styrofoam in the box it was shipped in.
However, they do have a no refunds policy. This made me wary of doing business with them, which is why I spent the extra money on the proofs. It was worth it.
We received our 1st doll and the feet were broken off the stand. There was also no voice recorder in it. The 2nd doll we received looked disgusting and was also broken at the feet and also had no voice recorder which was paid for. This was an extremely big mistake ordering from this company. The only good thing about the experience is that we received our full credit refund.
I will never order from this comany again! They are not reliable and the product looks cheap! They hand write the name on the base. They tell me the replacement will be shipped on a certain day and it wasn't, even when we paid the fee to rush it. The customer service is horrible. They are rude and not professional. I had to constantly call/write them to get anything done. If we didn't need the bobble head as a gag gift, I would have demanded our money back.
