Windsor Auction House Item didn't match description

I won a lot at Windsor Auction House, it was genuine Chanel bag which was advertised as “mint condition” and “barely used”. But when I received it I found several food stains on it so it clearly didn’t match description. I asked for full refund and was ready to send that bag back but they refused me... what a scam.

My wife bought a Birkan Bag for 12500. I thought she was crazy bit we agree to disagree. We brought the bag to Hermes. Sales lady looks it over in detail looks at my wife and tells her she saved 10000 off retail. Totally authentic. She was ecstatic. Unfortunatly, it means I have to go back to bid on more. :)
