I have no idea this was deducted from my account without my authorisation. I have no knowledge what it relates to - 16th Feb - €15.00 was deducted from my account with this detail cited - ESAVE.IE [protected] CH I am attaching a copy of the transaction details below

I would like to know who an why you are taking 15 pound a month from my account an have been for some time I have not signed up to any thing an I want to know how you have got my details I will be going to the bank on Monday an will get this stopped an I want all my money back I hope you feel good taking money from a lady who's husband is really I'll an a son how has a brain damage

I am horrified to see that a payment of £15 has been taken from my account since 11th April, on 1st May, 1st June and 2nd July 2018. I have yet to find if this has been going on for longer. I have never signed up to this scheme and want to stop it immediately and refunded for the money taken unlawfully, please reply as soon as possible to confirm, S. C. Ford
