You mean PTC, not PTR. That's"Pay-Per-Click", not "Pay-To-Read". Two different animals.

If you imagine anyone ever on your life will pay this amount of money to you you are wrong. usually legitimate PTR sites pay $0.001/ email. if any site claims pay even $1 /mail it is not legit .it is scam.lets not talk about this site ...$2000 /mail. sorry friend but u was a dummy person or one internet newbie to believe this.
This guy owns like 9000 other ptr websites and scams everyone! I would love to get together and report them. If you can just get their paypal account shut down then that will help big time! Paypal is helping this guy basically scam everyone. I paid for advertising from him and he kept the money and never ran the ad. Imagine how many other people he is doing this to. Just stealing money and paypal is helping!
I say report him to paypal. The more complaints paypal gets on him they will eventually close out his account!

I was once www.wonderful-mails.com upgraded member too BUT WAS SCAMMED BY THEM many years ago!Was foolish to believe their "real opportunity" to make big moneys online so I paid their website $180 usd to upgraded my membership, was upsetting because never receive their payouts for my EARNING, even $ 1 bucks was not able received!And I tried contact their helpdesk, they only reply my email with "remember that was the advertisers they pay you, NOT US!"...There are many scam around the net, but there are still alot of LEGAL MONEY MAKING OPPORTUNITY" which are trustable, simply visit my website link for details :)
