No.1 cheating company. Very Bd employer, Money is their Motive. Please do not join World IT Consulting, Mumbai.

This is inform you all, about WorldIT-Mumbai/Wiztech-Dubai CEO Dinesh K Desai is number one fraud Company. Please do not join the company if you are offered/selected. They take your certificates, passport and then start blackmailing you. He doesn't provide relieving letters at the time of leaving the company. He also doesn't provide positive feedback for your future companies. The main objective of creating this blog is to get awareness of every individual about the fraud company WorldIT/Wiztech. To all ex-employees and current employees: Request you to please post your bad experiences with this Company in the below blog.

The worst Human Being I have ever worked with is Dinesh Desai who shows as an Owner of World IT but actual he is not the real owner is Rosy Blue . No life no standards it's like a shop not a company . Dinesh think he is the King of the world actual he is a dog putting 1 kg weight on his back and pretending whole world burden is on him chuuuuu...salaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhh Reason not to join this company is He has more than 40 employee but showing only 10 employess on Paper so if IT Department Raid come you will be in danger . NO PF deduction since running the compny illleagally.
Never give you smooth release. And always gives incorrect feed back to the next employer.
Most importantly he will deliberately post your exp and relieveing letter at wrong addresss to become your future dark
So people take my Advise I was with hime more than 6 long years but evn thogu he was no mine so you can think twice.
And do not join him at any cost
