Xango Young adults being scammed to sell drinks for large commissions

My young 19 yr. old son came home as a gal who knew him through earlier school years asked to talk to him about Xango. He met up with her and another man that showed him his nice car and watches he was able to make from his drink commissions. When he came home from his first weekly night meeting he was talking about how he could make a lot of money buy selling a drink and was so excited as they were going to give him a sales territory of his home town. His sponsor, the little 20 yr. old girl that signed him up was going to take on the big city north. I quickly goggled drink scams and Bingo, I showed him what people had been told and how they get young college kids sign up by getting them to these meetings and taking their money right away for some kit. Asked him about this drink that he knew nothing about, but said he could make $2, 000 a week and get a much better car. That they really liked him and giving him a large sales territory, his home town with all his friends to sign up. Wow, what young teenage boy wouldn't take that deal. He then told me he already paid them $100 for his first kit, on a drink he had no clue about. I called the bank as he was still on his high school checking account and the XANGO transaction had not shown as going though yet. Chase said I had to call the company as he paid with his ATM . I called Xango and they said his kit already shipped (before money had shown taken out of account). I told them we wouldn't be accepting the package and it would go back to them. It took another phone call from my son a couple weeks later to follow up, but we did get the $101.41 back in his account. Today he received a welcome letter, and 3 sponsors names. It says he will be receiving a new kit each month and automatic billing on the 14th. Also, how he will be easily able to go to xango.com and sign up his new distributors. He is also being introduced to his UPLINE contacts. Names are listed after their title- Your Sponsor, Your Sponsor s Sponsor and then the Upline Sponsor. Xango is such a pyramid scam that prays on our young enticing them with cars, jewellery and commissions on some drink they know nothing about, taking money from them so the top Upline Sponsor is paid! This company is such a SCAM! Beware parents of your young adults and them being scammed.

Xango FALSE TRUTH

Dear MLM Affiliates and MLM Advocates,

As you may know, my wife and I had high ranking MLM distributorship in Xango until we were terminated in the fall of 2010. When we became Xango distributors we perceived Xango as a highly credible company. The more we learned and experienced firsthand, the more we began to unravel the truth behind Xango. Very few distributors make a profit. There is no required or effective retailing of product. After Xango added all their fees, shipping etc. etc. the price per bottle was $2.00 less than Xango’s website retail price. We were treated unfairly because we chose not to comply with Xango’s policy that leaders should make large monthly product purchases.

The way that we were terminated was unethical and lacked any opportunity for resolve. Xango refused to release the evidence that they said they had against us until after we were terminated and acquired legal representation. When you reach a higher level in Xango you begin to understand that the dream is not what they portray. Only the higher ranked distributors know the truth and unfortunately we became a target. Build your downline, then have it taken away with no evidence or right to object.
Our confidence in the MLM industry remains strong, what has been difficult is to know if a company is legal and fair before becoming a distributor.

Your Friend & Colleague

Xango Fraud

Taken from my Blog:

"This blog will no longer be called "Ruby Xango" as the XANGO company has decided to terminate my account. Why did they do this? Well, XANGO decided to send me a $200 box filled with products that I did not authorize as I was not supposed to be on the ADP program. I called to cancel that part of the program because I elected not to use the Metabolic pills and I prefer to use a vegan fiber product as its easier on my colon. When you are on the ADP program, they have a preset shipment of items they send to your home. Well, their representative at the time didn't do his job right. Then, the next Xango representative I spoke to about my issue was rude, laughed at me, and said most likely I would not get my money back.

Therefore, I called VISA who then put a halt on that payment. I paid $15 at UPS to send the products back with a tracking number. I just got off the phone with XANGO to place an order for the protein because I didn't know what was going on and could not log in to the website. The person said XANGO was looking into why they were not paid and the only way for my account to be reinstated was for me to pay $200 for products that I NO LONGER have. They also supposedly don't know whether they received the shipment or not to which I responded that VISA does know that they received it because I gave them the tracking number.

So instead of apologizing for their mistake and doing what they could to make it right, they decided that I no longer needed to do business with them and I am perfectly okay with this. Who charges for handling these days? Xango does - along with shipping. No thanks."

VISA did in fact credit back my account because I gave them all the proof they needed that showed Xango was trying to commit fraud. Yes, its true this company and its recruiters make a lot of claims. They also have a ton of gym science that gets promoted as facts to those uneducated in healthcare. People are so willing to believe in something to make themselves feel better that they are willing to turn a blind eye to the truth. Research their "doctors" and you will find that these people are only in it for the money. They don't practice medicine and they certainly haven't proven their theories on their juice.

I have also been trying to cancel my account! I have not received any product from the company nor proper correspondence! They prolong the process and ignore all customer respect! The customer service stops responding once you give them all the required paper work to cancel the account! I am truly disgusted and very unhappy with the trick and lies of this company

Obviously you didn't research the xango.com website. Your answer is below. Plus, to stop being a distributor, just forget to pay your yearly $20 membership. Pretty simple if your IQ is a positive number...thanks google.

To change or terminate one's ADP the Distributor must submit a written request (including the date, the Distributor's name, identification number and the authorizing signature of the Distributor whose information is to be changed) to the Company by the 9th day of the calendar month in which the change or termination is desired. Any requests received after this date will be applied to the following month. Such requests include, but are not limited to, changing the number of cases, shipping address, the payment method, etc.
Upon cancellation of the ADP, a Distributor may return the most recent shipment, provided that the shipment is not older than ninety (90) days and the Distributor follows all other provisions of the Refund Policy (see Section 17). Simply returning Product or refusing shipment is insufficient to cancel ADP. The Distributor must submit a signed cancellation request. The cancellation notice must be received in writing via fax, mail, personal delivery, or e-mailed with a scanned signature.

Xango returned product no refund 3 mo ltr

This company is a rip off. They sell this juice as a cure all for central nervous system disorders, and its nothing but high price juice. After one box I returned the 2nd shipment, and its been 3 months and 3 calls with no refund to my credit card. For $250 for 4 bottles its too rich for my blood.

I will never buy anything from mlm companies again. What a scam.

I got to say you only here about the bad and not the good. When I lived in Migh. my neighbor Lisa sold Xango, she give my girlfriend a bottle for free and we went to some classes Lisa gave on Tues. nights. We met 30 people that night and they all had a great story about Xango. My girlfriend was taking a lot of pain med., oxy, Kaden 180 mg a day for her back pain, and her lower back the outer skin looked like a large blister that never healed. She bought some Xango that night two bottles $60. two weeks went by and she ordered a case 4 bottles $120. four weeks go by she orders a case this goes on for 9 monthes . Her skin all over looks great her meds. are cut in half and three years later she feels good. She couldn't afford the Xango any more but she went from seating on the couch all day to living a normal life. It was truly a blessing that Lisa was my neighbor and the Xango worked great. My name is Tim Phillips I thing Xango works great. This is my phone number [protected]

Why do people have to resort to lying to get attention?
This original poster is full of crap. At the date of his/her posting the product was
$100 plus S&H it's now just $120 plus S&H. These prices are for a case of 4 bottles.

The truth is incontrovertible, malice may attack it, ignorance may deride it, but in the end; there it is.

I got involved and soon learned they don't quite tell you everything. Unless you have hundreds of people that you can pester into joining, you will need to invest several hundred dollars each month just to have a chance of signing someone up. I figured it would take at least $600 per month with no guarantees.

As to Mangosteen, I do believe it has a lot of healthful properties. I also believe a person should be cautious. My wife seems to have had a bad reaction to it. This is from observation only and could be from her own unique situation. She has several health issues.

All and all, I would give Xango a big thumbs down.

Here is a big scam hitting the area. A juice called XanGo Juice. These sellers sell this grape juice and say it will help you loose weight and heal everything form caner to hair loss. What a scam product and company. They get young kids to market this crap and then they get paid. They even tried to get me to sell this stuff but after a hight priced bottle of this grape juice I knew it was a scam.
