Won't answer phone
I didn't order this bottle of XTRIM and have tried to call them but it always says 'mailbox is full' So I want to send it back . They charged my debit card $79.95.
The bottle came from Utah but debit card phone # is California. I had ordered evidently just for a sample which was $4.95 on May 19 so on June 6 they send a bottle of 60 tablets and charged me $79.95 and I don't want the pills at all. I'll keep trying to call.
Impossible to cancel order
This company makes it impossible to cancel your order after you receive your free trial. Here is the number to call [protected] to cancel. They have no contact us info on their website and when you try to send an email it always fails and never goes through. IN THE PROMOTIONAL OFFER THE REQUEST WAS FOR THE CREDIT CARD TO CHARGE FOR THE SHIPMENT ONLY. THE TRIAL PERIOD FOR THREE MONTH. I DIDN'T LIKE THE RESULTS, BUT I HAVE NO WAY TO STOP THE SHIPMENT OF THE PRODUCT BECAUSE THERE IS NO WAY TO CONTACT THE COMPANY.

The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I attempted several times to call the [protected] number listed on the bottle and also the same number was listed in the advertisement as the means of cancellation. A recording clearly said; I'm sorry, this mailbox is full. The name and address listed on my bottle is the following: Active Nutrition P.O. Box 9141 SLC, UT 84109 yet the bottle arrived from X-Trim Fufillment Center 3577-A Chamblee Tucker Rd.#209 Atlanta, Ga. 30341. The botttle also arrived after the 14 day free trial period. I intend to contact the Atty. Gen.'s office in my state. I would suggest everyone else do the same unless you are able to reach the company and cancel the product. As yet I have been unable to do so. If anyone has any further information that helps please submit. I will return if I get results.
Unfortunately the toll free number listed to call does not exist. So good luck. I am in the same situation. Disputing charges on my charge account already.
I have been trying for two months to cancel this product. All the phone numbers on their websites don't work. The contact us emails fail to send. This company is up to no good. I had canceled my order on their site and received a message the next time I tried that this order had already been canceled. But they continued to ship. I called the number found in this privacy policy statement, the only place you can find the number, which is [protected], and canceled. We will see if they continue to ship but at least I know have a contact number. Of course I am canceling because this product did not work for me.
