Yvonne S.Czajkowski has a craving for men, That's why she lets her boyfriends move into her apartment without signing the lease behind the apartment manager's back at Wells Street Apartments located at 2922 West Wells Street in Milwaukee, Wisconsin .When Yvonne and Manuel J.Garcia we're living together they be coughing in the apartment hallway, The hallway be stinking with their coughing. One Saturday Morning when I was walking in the second floor hallway, Yvonne was lying on the hallway floor passed out, I came to her aid and asked her, Do she need some help, The paramedics we're called and They came inside the building, They put her on a stretcher and took her to the hospital, Three Days later she was released from the hospital, She came back home, Days after that Me and Yvonne got into an argument, because she was acting and being selfish on me! I told Yvonne that, I'm not gonna be her witness in court! Yvonne and Manuel J.Garcia got into an argument, Manuel told Yvonne that he's getting sick of her overdosing on her f*****g meds, She told him that she's not gonna be his witness in court.That caused Manuel J.Garcia to move out of the apartment building and to move to Texas to live in a broken down trailer or bus.Yvonne moved out of the apartment building, Her sister helped her move out.That's why they did not come to court, In court the judge issued a warrant out for Manuel J.Garcia's arrest. Yvonne does not keep a man! That's why I'm glad she's dead from that house fire that happened on February 1, 2019!

Yvonne Susan Czajkowski is sick, twisted, evil, crooked and corrupt, because she got me arrested and thrown in prison in 2009 for a crime I did not commit! She lied to the police and the courts about me putting my hands on her, That I did not do! She moved me into her apartment without signing the lease on 2922 West Wells Street in Apt 209 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, When I was living with her, She met a Mexican guy named Manuel J.Garcia who looked like actor/comedian George Lopez. Manuel J. Garcia was a threat to me and the other tenants inside that apartment building! Aprtment Manager LB Gibson started instigating and getting involved in the incident. Milwaukee Police arrested me and had me thrown in jail, because of her sick, twisted, foolish lies! In 2009, Manuel J.Garcia moved into her apartment, Yvonne caused more trouble, by falling asleep while the water was running inside the bathtub overflowing the bathtub causing water damage to Rennard Cotton's ceiling! She threatened him by calling the police on him for harassment! Her and Manuel lied and falsed accused him of urinating on their door. Manuel pulled out a knife on him threatened to stab and kill him. He and Yvonne called the police on Rennard Cotton and had him locked up for 5 days at the Milwaukee Mental Health Complex! After he got released, Manuel started harassing and taunting him, He called the Milwaukee Police on them, He told the police about them threatening, harassing and taunting him and pulling a knife on him, threatening to stab and kill him! Yvonne started sticking up for Manuel.The police gave Manuel a ticket for disorderly conduct and Same thing happened the second time, He called the police, told the police what happened. The police gave Manuel a second disorderly conduct ticket, He filed charges against Manuel J.Garcia. In 2010 It went to court at Milwaukee Municipal Court, Judge Philip Chavez adjourned the case and gave the case to a different judge to take scheduled on April 26, 2010.Yvonne and Manuel were getting evicted in March 2010. Saturday Morning Yvonne overdosed on her medication and passed out, The paramedics were called on the scene.The paramedics took her to the hospital, After she got released from the hospital, Her and Neva Zueltke got into an argument! Yvonne and Manuel got into an argument about her overdosing on her medication and Yvonne told Manuel that she's not gonna be his witness in court. That caused Manuel to move out of the apartment building and to Move to Texas. Yvonne moved out after Manuel moved out. Nobody showed up for court on that date except Rennard Cotton. The judge issued a arrest/bench warrant for Manuel J. Garcia for not coming to court! She moved to 1505 North Franklin Place in Milwaukee, Wisconsin in 2010 until she got evicted from that apartment. I read about her death in the newspaper, I don't feel sorry for her! I'm glad she's dead from that house fire that happened on February 1, 2019 at 4221 S. 6th Street, B5 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin!
