Revolution Golf Unfulfilled Order

On December 8, 2015, I ordered a product from Revolution Golf that they were promoting. This was to be a Christmas gift for my husband. The week before Christmas, still nothing; so I phoned the company. Nobody would answer the phone. Finally, on December 23, I emailed customer service with the order and asked them to track it; since they had my money, but I did not have a Christmas gift for my husband. After Christmas, I received an email stating they were sorry, and would ship my product to me. They still had not even shipped it! On January 5, 2016, I received an email with a tracking number. I went to the site to track my shipment. They had just put a mailing label on it, but was not mailed yet. Unbelievable! I will not order anything from them again. They like to take my money, but not fulfill their obligations. That is no way to run a company.

Revolution Golf Swing Wizzard Training Club

I just purchased the Swing Wizard that Revolution Golf and one of their top instructors Jim McLean highly recommend. When the product arrived I questioned how it would ever stay together and not break in half. Before I used it I read the manufactures warranty which says if you swing it they don't warranty it. "Wizard Golf LLC" makes no warranty that the product, good or materials are fit for any partucular purpose." "Wizard Golf LLC assumes no responsibility for the functioning or service of such products, an in no even shall be liable for any incidental or consequential damage in connection therewith." It is two 7 irons, with steel shafts and hard plastic grips with a PLASTIC SCREW joining the two clubs together. I watched the video of inventor and McLean on proper use. Used it as instructed and during a slow practice swing the club broke in half at the weakest point the plastic screw, nearly hitting me in the head. I feel Revolution Golf should recall this product from all the people they have sold them to so no one is injured. I have been a member of Revolution Golf for many years and Love the instruction I get from their instructors and have purchased may wonderful golf products from them. This is the first time they have disappointed me.

Trying to get through to customer services. It is a nightmare. Cannot login to Revolution golf to my purchased items. I have been buying since 2011. I am long life member not a VIP member. They do not contact you. Changed password 2 nights ago still can't get in. They have your money forgotten about you. Would like to know how many more out there in the same boat.???. Pathetic. Tom.

Revolution Golf Login

I am trying to login so I can look at my purchased items . I have purchased videos from 2012. I have tried several times by emailing you at this moment I am not getting any response from anyone. Regards TomWill. When I try to log in it tells me it is the wrong password.

Revolution Golf Bad Fulfillment

Customer Service and fulfillment of promises is very bad. I ordered a three wedge set and it arrived. A month of so later a newer version of this set was promoted. I did not get any response to my demand that the company trade out the new for the old wedges.

Most recently May 2013) I ordered a graphite shaft the company was promoting. I paid $40 extra for a special tip and a particular grip to be installed on the shaft. After a week of waiting for the item, I spent a half hour waiting on the phone to speak to customer service. After making inquiry of them, I finally received the shaft, with no tip or grip. BAH!

Stay away from this very poorly run company. They are quick to send endless e-mails, but you should ignore them

I paid and ordered for golf video packages on their web site.
NO confirmation received but credit card debited immediately .
I have forwarded 5 emails and no answer.
I have stayed on waiting line for hours calling from Europe which is not cheap. NO answers 5 days in a row.
If I would live in USA I would go and find the CEO / Owner let him pay for his fraud.
This is just unbelievable how money can turn very bad persons into monsters.
I hope that the Owner/CEO will die in HELL. You deserve this.

Revolution Golf Bad PR

I Have requested that they cancel my VIP subscription for three months now. They replied after the first time that it would take approx. two weeks to cancel. It is three months later and they have removed me form the log in system so I can not access the VIP section of the website but they are still deducting my subscription fee every month.

And on top of that they have deducted the membership fees 5 times in the last three months!
I have sent them an email to query this problem but to no avail. The would simply not answer
my emails.

If there is anybody that know how to get in contact with somebody at this institution please help!

I ordered a swing caddie and asked when it woukd arrive. 8 to 10 weeks. It took Neil Armstrong less time to get to the moon & back. Sent emails to ask for tracking number but I am sure the USPS has been high jacked by Trump. So is this the reason I am nit been given a number. Revolution golf will neverger an order from me again.

This company has the worst, uncaring and just plain crappy customer service that I have seen in quite a while from any company. Once they have your money, you are treated like **** when you need to get a return.I truly wonder how they stay in business.

This company is a Rip Off, their Guaranteed Money Back No Questions Asked is a JOKE, just try and get your money back 5-7 days turns out to be a scam, after several e-mail, forget phone calls, still no money. BUYER BEWARE

It's a scam. Simple as that. I blocked them on PayPal and they only clipped me for $33.50. Beware of this company and any positive reviews are probably written by them.

I have been a member for over a year and now find I can no longer contact this company I still receive daily emails but cannot open them or contact them to remedy the problem as all their websites are unavailable

I have been a member since their name was Peak Performance Golf and still continue to be a member on a lifetime membership now. I have to admit there were some issues early on under Peak Performance but they all got resolved along with them giving me a VIP membership free for one full year to make up for the misunderstanding. As Revolution Golf they continue to offer great Professional video's, training aids, DVD's, online access to my earlier paid for videos, great brand name equipment with stock or upgraded shafts and less than pro shop prices. They have been and continue to satisfy most of their customers or they would not be a successful company that continues to grow and expand. Dealing with the ever changing Internet communication capabilities of video steaming, customer orders, etc. too meet their growing customer demands, it is inevitable their may be some occasional issues. I find a phone call even if it take a little more time to talk to a live person, usually gets better results than trying to communicate the issue or complaint on the internet. I do however always ask for the persons name I'm talking to and follow-up with and email spelling out what was discussed and agreed upon to resolve the issue. For the people above with complaints about Revolution golf -- as in golf, life sometimes gives us a slice, hook or some other poor result even when we think we are doing everything right! The phone numbers listed above have worked for me when necessary. people

I paid for a lifetime RG+ membership. Suddenly my access is denied. Have sent email and have left a phone message. Their answer message said they would call me back; they have not. They have also not answered my email.
Good golf tips, but a horribly run company. Given the chance, I would not do business with them again.

I just found out today that my RG lifetime membership that I purchased will go away in 5 years (2024) I will still have access to the videos that I purchased, but access to all of the daily video archives and my favorites will not be available unless I buy an membership to GolfPass. My guess is that there will not be any new daily videos posted after this date also. Got taken by Justin Tipper.

"I can see why Revolution Golf would not wish to participate in a ratings review. They have almost no way to contact them accept through e-mail, which they seem to ignore. Their products are generally good, but if you have a problem there is no real way to resolve the issue. Until they do better with customer service I would be very wary of this company. The fact that both their phone numbers and live Internet chat have been discontinued is another reason to be wary."

Order #113772 John Prisco. I received the 3 golf clubs. I did not receive the 25$ gift car for golf balls that you said you would give if the order was more then two clubs. I ordered 3 clubs 7, 5, 3, club. would you please send me gift card for 25$ for golf balls that you are advertising. think you.

I'm not sure there is a customer service dept. I've tried emailing and calling. No response on either. I simply want to return an item shipped in error. No directions in the package. No response after a week from am email. On hold for hours on the phone. This is a bad company. Can't last much longer in this mode. I suggest not ordering from it.

I have purchased 3 items from them. The first 2 were less than advertised not sure why I purchased the 3rd...maybe because Notah endorsed it which brings me to my point why would such high profile golf celebrities allow themselves to be associated with such a company? Why would GolfChannel/NBC do the same? Golf is about integrity, isn't it? Awaiting for reply on that 3rd item(and last, 3 strikes) after 3 email inquiries with no response. Deeply disappointed in the instructors/endorsers who I had so much respect for in the past. That can't be that hard up financially!

The worst golf company. I recently purchased a series of videos from them and after 4 days of trying I still can't login. I emailed customer service 4+ times with no response. I also tried calling their customer service number which funny enough doesn't work either. Amazingly they've emailed me 10+ times with other marketing material but haven't bother to respond to my request for help. They seem to be a total scam. Stay away from Revolution Golf. I wish I would have found these reviews before making my purchase.

More than happy to take your money and send you tons of e-mails every week about all their amazing offers... When you actually want to get hold of them about the money they've taken from you with no product at the end of it, of course they say nothing. Avoid like the plague.

I bought their products on line. Not only were the products not delivered, they refuse to answer e-mail inquiries about the situation. They ARE very prompt at charging your credit card though.
