Reward Zone USA review: 1000 gift card 4

I completed all requirements of a promotional offer to recieve a 1000 dollar gift card. The system even regoconized my completion by saying congrats Joe claim your reward because you completed 11 deals to fulfill the requirements. But when I hit claim and enter my email address Into the box it tells me that I have not even done one deal and it for a 100 dollar card. I immediately have been in contact with reward zone on the phone and email. I have showed then the proof that I completed everything and that the system even said I did and that the reward wizard was emailing me to my email address of updates on my reward status. So my email is registered somewhere because that keeps emailing me but they tell me that my email address is not registered which is but. How would the return wizard be emailing me updates if it was not registered.. I keep getting told that management needs to look at it then I never get replies to my emails. Now they want to confirm my name address and D.OB. so I sent them copy of my i.d. to prove it is me. I spent well over 250.00 to get this reward and they are trying to scam me out of it saying I didn't register and I have all my screenshots. I am only attaching a few but you will see my proof
