Dear Sirs,
I would like to make a formal complaint about the company Rhythmic Health and request the assistance of the BBB in helping me to get my money refunded. Their address in Delaware is; 2093 Philadelphia Pike, #1852 Claymont, DE. 19703.
I am a 73-year-old retired man who has had severe back pain for the past 40+ years. On September 16, 2022 I watched a video on the Internet (it was either on Facebook or TikTok, I am not sure which) featuring a young man who spoke very persuasively about how he could relieve my back pain. Well, I clicked on the link provided and waited to find out how they would help fix my back pain. Unfortunately, I began receiving a multitude of e-mails, some to do with back pain, but mostly trying to sell me a special drink, or supplements, and the information they sent me regarding reducing the pain in my back was of no help at all. When I checked my credit card statement I learned that I had been charged $109.18. I sent them several e-mails indicating that what they were providing me was not what was promised in the video I had watched and I asked that they refund my money. The response I received made no mention of a refund and simply suggested I should unsubscribe from their mailing list if I wasn't satisfied with the information they were sending me. I am a 73-year-old retired man with limited means, and I cannot afford to lose this money, especially these days with higher food prices and ever-increasing inflation. I hope that the Better Business Bureau can be of assistance in this matter.
Sincerely,
Robert Baines

I am so disappointed. None of this is what I signed u for. You are just selling "solutions" over the Internet, very little if any which have anything to do with the issue of eliminating back pain.

The powerful antioxidants found in colorful plant foods help support a healthy immune system. So loading up your plate with veggies is a great place to start. But when it comes to antioxidants and your health, the more the better…
So how can you get more than what’s on your plate every day?

When you’re drinking tea to support a healthy immune system, getting a variety is beneficial because every type of tea has unique antioxidant properties:

Dear Sirs,
After seeing your video on Facebook stating that you had the secret to eliminating back pain, which I have had for many years, I, unfortunately, clicked the link and ended up paying $109.18. The first few e-mails did give some suggestions regarding back pain, but nothing which helped me. Now, every day I get different e-mails about sore stomachs, poor sleep, rubbing my feet with fruit peels, diabetes, and other things, ad infinitum. What I signed up for was to eliminate my back pain. The video that convinced me to sign up was solely about back pain, nothing else. Now I am inundated with e-mails about all kinds of health problems, but nothing that covers the promise made in the first video that convinced me to sign up. In short, I feel I have been scammed and I am requesting a refund of the money I paid. I am a 73-year-old retired man with limited means, and I cannot afford to lose this money, especially these days with higher food prices and ever-increasing inflation.
A quick response to my e-mail would be appreciated.
Sincerely,
Robert Baines
