Ribbons and Roses review: Didn't deliver order and unauthorized credit card charge

On 5/6/2022, I placed an order to Ribbons and Roses located in Pooler, Georgia for 2 dozen long stem roses to be delivered on 5/12/2022 for an anniversary. My order number was 58566 on the receipt that was sent to me. On the day of delivery, the flowers never showed up. I tried calling the business numerous times and no one would answer. When I looked up the charge on the credit card, I notice they charged the card twice.
