I thought [redacted] was a good idea. In exposing bad business practice's but it has it's dark side. When you file a complaint against a business or expose the wrong that has been done to you, you become a victim of harassment & consent bullying for exposing the truth. Anyone can say anything about you that isn't true. The owner's of [redacted] allow this online bullying & harassing of poster's of complaint's. People don't leave me alone they consent say mean & hurtful thing's to me. They accuse me of everything in the book, yet they do this to anyone who file's a complaint on [redacted]. The owner's of [redacted] allow this "INJUSTICE" & they allow people to bully, demean, other's & just say all kind's of nasty & cruel thing's. They don't "REMOVE" any complaint's or statement's that could be false & ruin a person's life. Anyone can be the subject of bullying & harassment. It's not "RIGHT" to demean someone on a public website like how i've been treated. When we just like to get the truth out about how we been wrong. This is "ABUSE".
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
People have been trying to go after [redacted] civilly and it is not working. The best approach is to try to get the United States Department of Justice to investigate the website and its owner, Ed Magedson. Here is a link that discusses what action victims of the site can take:

Yes; people trying to do the right thing and inform individuals of bad companies get burned if they use [redacted]. People turn right around and post false reports with all your personal information and [redacted] allow them to do it. NO ONE IN THEIR RIGHT MIND should post anything on [redacted]; you the poster are the one going to end up with a false and libelous report written about you.
Debra, you're so right about that.
