Riverstone review: Riverstone premium rum blend 25 g tobacco

I bought a 25 g pack of Tobacco today from Cignal Strathpine, upon opening the tobacco packet, I found that the tobacco is not of good quality, it was extra wet and was not the usual quality Riverstone obacco, I purchase often, I went back to the shop to request for a replacement packet, they did not help me out and said I need to complain with the tobacco company, could you please refund my money or replace the product for me?
