I purchased a fiberglass hood for my car. The company making and supplying this part received a quotation from R&L for shipping this hood "collect". After the hood arrived, I received an invoice from R&L for $35.00 more than the quoted amount. There excuse was that I didn't have an account with them so it was going to cost more. What a crock. They knew it where it was shipping before they even picked it up. They appear to be low quoting in order to make it up on the other end. DO NOT USE R&L Carriers!

I ordered a massage chair from Amazon, like a large recliner chair but with massage. Something I bought as a gift for myself. I was so excited! The total price was around $1, 000, a lot of money for me! Long complicated story short, the 300 pound chair was supposed to be delivered "inside the main entrance." Tuesday morning I see a humongous package pushed up against and blocking the only I can enter or exit my house AND blocking the access to the handicap ramp! No notice or even ringing the doorbell.
Who the hell thinks it is appropriate to block an elderly handicapped person's only way of entry and exit or access to the handicap ramp?
I have been confined in my house for more than 2 full days. I finally had to call the police who graciously pushed the 300 pound chair where I was no longer a prisoner! After the chair was pushed out the way and I could access the ramp, I noticed that the delivery person apparently had pushed the 300 pound chair all the way up the ramp and the whole ramp now has scratches all the way down it!
UNBELIEVABLE!
