I have a similar problem. RN Surpass from Rea WA keeps charging my account for US$.17.24 which I never authorized. The Bank refunded me for the first quarter in June 2009.
It happened again in July, August and September. The bank refunded me in October. Then it was decided to cancel the card and replace it with the new one. The bank did.
Even with the new card the RN Surpass took the money again for the last quarter in 2009. The bank replaced it again. It happened again with the new card. The bank is unable to block the charges even if they are aware of the culprit. The Security Manager asks to deal with it myself.
How can I get out of this mess? Can anyone help?
