I purchased tires n wheels from RNR in 2022 and I was being billed to my debit card for 6 to 8 months and didn’t notice that they had stopped and when i did I thought I was either done paying otherwise they would be in a touch with me I that time I referred someone to RNR whom needed a tire When I was helping that person I noticed RNR had charged their credit card for my account And at No time did I ever contact RNR asking them to start charging my account to the person I took in for a tires credit card I immediately contacted RNR and was talked to badly saying I told them to use that credit card and it was changed for months I told them no I never did tell you to charge my account to anyone s credit cards I said I brought the person in for a tire and they took it upon them selves to start charging them for my account and they said that doing so linked my account to that card which is ridiculous and I called corporate office in Tampa and they gave me a run around for over a week and only refunded $350.88 I’ve been asking them for the total amount they barged into the person that I took in n they have refused to give me the amount or rectify their mistake They have been rude and want me to be responsible for their mistake and I am livid about this I am about to get an attorney they need to refund the person now and have me continue the payments This is December 2023 and the Sarasota RNR is responsible for this and it should be illegal I never verbally or in writing request for this nor did the person charged
