My name is Edmundo Nigaglioni on 1/19/2022 MR .Drayton Stanley came to my house and ask me if i want to cover my driveway with asphalt, i said ok he told me that he can due for $4500.00 so he due the job and told me that in have 90 days warranty then about month and a half grass star coming out, so i try to call him but no answer ,on 3/7/2022 I call again and left a message, no answer again on3/15/2022 i call no answer then i leave a message again then he call me and let him now what happen and told him that i want to fix my driveway before the warranty was over he told me no to worry about that he was going to fixed but nothing happen ,i keep calling and calling and leaving messages i send him an e mail to his email , but nothing happen i hope i can get some help from your office ,and solve this problem.
Desired outcome: I WILL LIKE FROM THE COMPANY TO FIX MY DRIVEWAY OR GET MY MONEY BACK.
Hi iam looking at my the complain that i fill with bbb and according with bbb the problem is resolved to my satifaction ,but i never being contac i will like to see if you can investigate what is hapenig because like i said no body have geting in touch with me thank you in advance and i hope you can help me inn this matter .
