When a longtime highly rated driver's credibility comes under question, you are bound to get nowhere. That means if a sender wants complain, many dont know the procedure as to what happens to the driver. The driver is immediately locked out of their account, "pending review". I had a incident whereas I was driving with Roadie/BusyBee/Lewis Prison. I was wearing a full faced mask, that was humorous in nature, NOT offensive, and when I arrived at the prison to drop off the medicine, I was met with expletives at the gate, and commanded to take off my mask! I was never asked to show ID until I exited the facility. Before I completed the delivery I made an attempt to call the prison administration to complain, and did not succeed until the following day.

Why just call Roadie Support? You might ask...
I was making an attempt to bypass calling roadie because their support number is always static with a recording that says that they are experiencing higher than normal call volume, and to press 1 to be connected to a support team member. Try pressing 1, and 1 and 1 one more time and you are hung up on! Yes it is a looped flawed intro.

I was told I would be able to tell my side of the story, and no one from Roadie ever called. Still I am locked out of my account. I call this afternoon - three days later and ask the rep to read any pending notes. In the notes someone had noted my account was locked until September 7th 2020! That means their Advanced Support Team failed at getting my side of the story. I even sent them this audio obtained from my call to the prison. The Watch Commander was there, ready to assist in helping me tell Roadie that the lock on my account needed to be released.

I am thinking of taking action and reach out to corporate. I wonder if that "team" is more competent than to allow someones reputation of working WITH this company be smeared because of their obvious priority towards the sender than the driver.

Going through an account lock out myself. I’m a 2500 miler. And I’ve never not delivered someone’s products. Someone called and said that they didn’t get their order. But waited a week before calling to complain. And immediately Roadie unprofessional [censored] locked me out of my account. With no way of finding out what’s going on and how long this so called investigation takes. This is a joke. They clearly not thinking about the drivers lives and families
That was a fraudulent call that customer made to roadie and they can’t see it

I am currently experiencing a now 4 month lockout for a mis-delivery that was reported as missing as well. I have responded to every text, call, email while Roadie continues to ignore my many attempts to gain any actual update on this now 4 month long "investigation". Mind you, prior to this unfortunate situation, I was a seasoned driver for the platform for 2 years without an error like this prior. This was an app error with an incorrect address that I confirmed multiple times as I always had each delivery...and I'm being punished for it. Still. Almost 400 5 star ratings Roadie. Really though? Unfair and why in the heck does an investigation take you 4 months and you literally provide absolutely zero update?

I've been locked out for a month for the same reason. I was provided an incorrect address through the app. Have you had any luck getting your account reinstated?

Don't deliver for Roadie, they have horrible tech and customer service. I do mostly rural deliveries for Tractor Supply and Home Depot and 30% of the time its already been picked up and another 30% the address is wrong or the product info is wrong and the remaining ti.e there no cell service and the app glitches out and It never shows I completed to order cuz there no service so they don't pay me and no one at customer service has any idea of what to do, I been screwed out of hundreds in delived goods that never got confirmed due to the terrible tech. It's constantly locking me out due to too many logging and needed 2fa all this none sense security crap that no one needs for a simple gig app.

I think they hire children to write code, it's a disaster.

I got locked out because I couldn't deliver to the customers front door due to the fact that the unit number was missing from the delivery address. I couldn't get ahold of the customer via text or calling. I don't even try roadie support cause they always take hours to get back to you. I left the package at the entrance to the community by the mailboxes and I took a pic and described to the customer wear I left it. Next thing I know I get a message that my account is being investigated and my account will be locked due to a customer complaint that they did not receive their item. Its been like 2 months now and I have not received any update and I have not even been given a timeline as to how long this investigation is going to take. Roadie really needs to improve their driver experience. The fact that you cant get a hold of someone from roadie immediately to assist you in these instances is unacceptable in my opinion. I told them that I tried contacting the customer and tried my best to get the item to the customer. I'm really not sure what they expected from me. The whole situation is very frustrating.

I was locked out yesterday as they claim I delivered to the wrong location. It was 100% the correct location as I’ve been there before. In addition the home has an insanely aggressive pitbull that immediately ran out biting the tires of my truck the first time. I couldn’t leave for almost 45 minutes, anytime I moved even slightly the dog started biting my tires. Once I could finally get out I returned the items to the store and informed Roadie what happened. Yesterday I get a gig going back to the same place. Instead of ending up getting attacked by the dog again I slowly drove up the long driveway and left the items at a pull off close to the house where they park additional cars. Not far from the home but far enough so the dog wasn’t alerted. To recap the situation, the NAV brings you to the wrong location, when you get to the right location you’re met by a dog that wants to kill you. I delivered the items to the right house and safely without getting attacked. Roadie, knowing these people have an aggressive pitbull still expected me to pull all the way up the driveway and try to deliver the gig while getting attacked. Now I’m locked out and haven’t received and response to my 5 emails and attempted “call backs”. I’m filing a complaint with every single place I possibly can. After reading all of the other stories, Roadie clearly does not care about it drivers and are illegally locking accounts just so they don’t have to deal with these problems they created in the first place.

Similar experience I pulled up to a house in a highly segregated area of town and they had a black person scarecrow in their yard (big lips, big eyes, jet black skin it was the most derogatory and offensive caricature, I mean something from Jim Crow era ) anyway that plus a [censored] ton of no trespassing signs idgaf I’m not going on that property and gonna end up shot or lynched for a 30$ roadie gig. I mean they prob wouldn’t even send out an email or nothing , no policy change so I’d literally die for nothing . Anyway I left the package by the mailbox cause obviously the person has to get their mail and it’s on their property and says the house number , got locked out of account for “not delivering it to the door “ even after I explained the situation and the fact I’m a black female and felt offended and honestly scared -nope. You know their response ? - Permanently deactivated .

This inhumane behavior is also going on with other gig apps and all of Corporate America. It stems from [stupid humans] relying on AI to do all work. I was locked out because I decided to go to Best buy to pick up a package. When I arrive they tell me the package is already been picked up. Okay so I go to my car wait 15 minutes to try to cancel the gig and couldn't cancel. The app like always was having difficulties that day. When I finally got around to speak into someone she said that my account would be escalated. And I didn't have no idea what that was so I said okay. Now here it is 4 weeks later I've got no call no email try contacting support several times with nothing. This is real b******* thinking about deleting this app.

Sue there [censored].Work Ethics and Labor Board of your State will get them,call your local congressman or Ombudsman,get a lawsuit.Also call the Office of the Inspector General.Class Action!
