I ordered a pair of headphones from Bestbuy.com which were supposed to be delivered. So far, I have not received them. The driver has, in theory, been assigned but has failed to pick up the package (according to the tracking information) much less attempted to deliver the item.
What is particularly frustrating about this is that this is the second pair I have tried to order from Best Buy because the first pair ALSO failed to deliver (via Fed Ex).
Claimed loss: $107 for the headphones (including tax).
Desired outcome: I want my headphones delivered to me as promised as soon as possible.

My tv I ordered through Best Buy was delivered by Roadie to the wrong house. An empty house at that. I was told to contact them to file a complaint etc. Well I have been holding for about 45 minutes now, no answer. I called before, I was holding for an hour before I had to hang up. I've tried to contact them via support email, no answer...
I finally get an email back, I’m told to go through Best Buy, Best Buy says I need to contact the delivery company to file a complaint, because they need to take owner ship & reach out to them… I’m getting the run around

After 3 months of trying to get my LEGAL doc's verified it still wont submit my VALID CDL,after 8 more attempts today (07/14/2023) still says my LEGAL State of TEXAS CDL cant be verified,I dont understand this glitch in your system,there needs to be some kind of resolve to this issue..People are applying for jobs to care for themselves,and have a bad time like this..Especially when NOONE can contact a human being @ Customer Support...Have pics,screen shots and video of the system denying verification...Why?
Desired outcome: Want to download Legal Doc's to join platform.Also company needs to come up with a Better verification process than the 1 being used right now!
P/U Delivery service
On 6/29/2023 I placed an order for a pickup & delivery for 6/30/2023. The timeframe was 4:15 to 7pm. I went to the store to meet up with the driver. After 1/2 hour of waiting, I looked on the Roadie app & saw that my order hadn't been assigned to a driver. I drove home & contacted Roadie's chat. I chatted with Timothy who told me no driver had been assigned. (It is now 6pm). He advised me that if I put a tip on the order, it would be more enticing to drivers. Roadie had already charged my credit card. I would give the driver a tip upon completion of the delivery. Roadie cancelled my order. I am now having to go back to the store to cancel my order, the sales are off, and I have no livingroom furniture. I have no other way to get the delivery. This is touted as a UPS Company. In my opinion, Roadie is giving UPS a bad name.
Desired outcome: Pickup and Deliver the order as was agreed upon and charged.
No product just want to be a driver
My name is Mary Reed for Almost two months I have been trying to be a driver and the only part is getting my password reset and when they send me a temporary password they say it last for two hours but it doesn't give me enough time to reset my own password. So can you do something about this. I have spoken to so many of your employees some help and some can't help me get into my APP. I truly would like to get started with ROADIE DRIVERYES

Tractor Supply Delivery
Delivery driver left feed on back step uncovered. They are normally left in my feed room.
They never called, person who normally delivers my feed through roadie typically calls and ask where I would like it put this lady did not.
Alsozl, I was actually home never received a knock the only way I knew it was here was by the delivery notification from Tractor Supply saying it was delivered.

Package not delivered, "returned to store" with no updates provided
I purchased a laptop from Best Buy and requested it to be shipped next day. The order was picked up by "Octavius C." from Roadie at 11 a.m. and I was given an ETA of 9 p.m. for delivery. 9 p.m. came and went and there were no delivery, no updates, and the tracking system still stated delivery was expected "by 9 p.m".
I contacted their support center who advised that the driver had a childcare issue and gave my package back to Best Buy after he picked it up. I contacted Best Buy who indicated that the driver still had my package. There was absolutely no update from Roadie or Best Buy throughout all of this.
What an incredibly shady service this appears to be! Another complaint below mine mentioned their issue with a driver named "Octavius" with a different last name - that seems really suspicious, as does handing off expensive electronics packages to someone driving something as non-descript as a "red full size car" per the tracking information I received. I will never purchase from Best Buy, nor any company who uses Roadie, ever again.
Desired outcome: There is no outcome I could request that does not involve me going back in time and not placing this order through Best Buy to begin with.
Locked out of my account because someone was following me
I had car problems during the Wildwood delivery my driver side brake's went out on me and my fiance was actually able to make it to where I was able to limp it home. It took a couple of days to get the part I needed to get back up and running to be able to go finish the other few delivery and I know that it was late but I didn't know that I couldn't make a delivery at night. I did however see a vehicle that I finally figured that I was being followed by after the last stop in Union, Mo because I actually seen that it stopped at the same spot I did and I was to far away from the vehicle to get any type of information on it but I saw them head over to where I had left the last package and then I couldn't see it anymore and I don't know what happened with any of the deliveries I am trying to figure out what's going on

Roadie locked me out my account for no reason after I reported a driver for theft of walmart order I was on a return pickup for me and walmart contacted roadie to tell them that driver never returned this pickup they put back on the system how do you block n lock me and im an innocent by stander even store manager remember me because she often request app for me and she was libid she was like how do yhey get Vladimir name confused with yours and you didn't have nothing done with it if anything you were helping me store tried reaching out but no agents no answer no reply this unfair I definitly feel roadie needs to compensate me for entire missed days of work in some way especially since they have the wrong driver and account poor customer service

ROADIE BY UPS - MY EXPERIENCE
Just tried ROADIE - a package delivery service last night. WILL NEVER EVER USE AGAIN.
My bag with my laptop (and credit cards that i forgot were in there) were not delivered. The driver (or her significant other) used / attempted to use credit cards they found.
It started by requesting a pickup that was assigned to Holly P. The app gave me a number in which I called to let the driver know they were close by and could pick up and continue on with their other delivery.
After they hung up, they started driving toward the pickup location and eventually arriving at the location. They called and said my guy was not there, but he was in the backyard at the time. I had my guy deliver the package for pickup and that is where things went south.
After picking up the package, the market for the car did not move or change locations. The package was never recorded as picked up.
About 15 minutes later, i got a text asking for my address. They already had recited it back to me once, so I just resent without thinking twice about it. Looks like they needed the zip code to try the credit cards. They tried:

Credit One (2 cards - only one that approved 3 transactions before I cut it off)
Mercury Card
Best Egg
They also got a laptop, notebooks, and peripheral devices.
The thing that has me most upset is ROADIE'S lack of customer service. I have tried calling them and working with them on the chat room.
The chat room guy told me he has deactivated the driver and that he escalated the case. Also stated to FILE A CLAIM. Fortunately, I do have a $ 500-value declaration but still have to get in touch with a live person to get the trip started.
It just seems to me that I had to provide insurance for their app and customer service team not working or being helpful. The pickup had been assigned to the driver so they had or would have had the information they needed whether I gave it to them in a text / phone call.
Just really sad to see this from a local based company. App started at the hub by Georgia Tech I believe, and UPS swooped it up. In my opinion, UPS needs to drop this thing like a hot potato. They enable thieves to make money.
Be careful using Roadie to deliver packages. You will not be HAPPY

You're a fool for having credit cards delivered in the first place! Since i was 5 years old, people have always told me.. "Never place money in birthday or Christmas cards, the mail person or anyone can steal it, and it's gone!" I believe the same for shipping credit cards! Many restaurants won't take cards anymore, and it's self checkout, because of theft. What made you think it was ok to ship credit cards!
I've done thousands of deliveries, and never had a complaint against me. Yes customer service sucks, but it's also an automated system mostly, that works flawlessly, if everyone follows the policies. I'm sure it says it roadie shipping explanations, don't ever send money, or things worth so much in value without making sure it's insured.
People, Roadie is very safe, and literally the fastest possible way to ship! Faster than overnight! Just use common sense!

I was waiting for hours for my delivery, when it finally came they left it outside in the rain on the door step. Only to go outside to see that it was placed upsides down and and open. The driver literally opened my package to see what was in it. I will NEVER select this service ever again. I should have picked it up myself. The drivers name was Ashley J.
Roadie delivery service
I ordered an item from Best Buy that was supposed to be delivered Sunday. Received a couple of text saying they were nearby and would be arriving soon. Not too worried as we were all outside anyways. A couple of hours later after the package had still not shown up, I received a text saying that it was being returned by Roadie due to there being an attempted delivery but no safe place to leave the package. Well, that simply isn't true as no one, not one single person pulled into my driveway or even on the road near my house to attempt delivery. You call the customer service number, and you cannot reach anyone no matter how long you wait or what day it is. You can leave your number, but they will not call you back. There is literally no way to get ahold of these people. And by the information I saw clicking on here there have been 14 complaints and 0 resolved. Imagine that. If I were you, I would not use this company ever. I hope this gets taken care of by the BBB or someone.
Desired outcome: Would love to know why my package was never attempted to be delivered. Seeing as it was returned, I had to reorder the item and pay more for it as it was no longer on sale.
Roadie delivery
11/28/22 afternoon delivery.
Driver did not ring the bell and when I looked out the window, the driver was slowly walking across my lawn. My lawn is NOT A SIDEWALK.
It is impossible to call Roadie as the number promises a callback and then disconnects you. This happened three times.
Had I not come across your site, I would not have gotten an email address.
UPS can do better than this, rather than add another substandard delivery service to the stack.
Desired outcome: Educate drivers to ring the bell and give proper training.

Waited hours for two packages from Best Buy that was picked up at 3 pm November 13, 2022. Received several texts saying it was on the way. Finally gave up and went to bed at 10pm. I saw lights approaching my house at 10:05 and looked out the window. The vehicle was a gray car as expected from information in a text describing the delivery vehicle. It slowly passed my house and went up the road and turned around. It then drove back past my house without stopping. At 10:07 I received a text saying my packages had been delivered. I immediately replied back to the text saying they had not and got no reply from them. I texted again a few minutes later and no reply again. I then looked at the tracking and the driver had uploaded pictures of my packages laying on the ground in dirt and gravel but with nothing in the background to identify where at, just a closeup of the package. There was also a picture of their gps map showing that they had been near my house. I then called the number from the text and waited on hold for 50 minutes after being told I had a 5 minute wait. Then a recording let me know that there were no available agents. It said I could leave my number for a callback which I attempted to do but when I would push 2 for that option it would keep repeating itself saying press 2 to leave your number. I finally hung up. I called again the next morning and the same thing happened. I finally contacted Best Buy and spoke to several people before being told they would replace the products. I was told this would be investigated, so far I have heard nothing from Roadie about my missing packages which makes me believe they are scamming customers and stealing packages. I have never seen a delivery company take pics with no identifying information or one that delivers after 10 pm or one that has no customer service help. I also have a camera on my house showing the driver driving past right before saying it was delivered. This company needs shut down. I will be warning people about this service and have already let Best Buy know not to send my packages through that service again. If this was a legitimate mistake I feel the driver or company would have contacted me to fix the error but they are unreachable. They are allowed to contact you but you can't respond.

07/18/2022 I use my tire service as a discount tire promotion on app on roadie since I use my service for tire change my account blocked now is say on chat your further investigation i mean if nothing wrong why I used for promotion why launch if service is blocked. Pickup of nmy package
I want to know why my package hasnt been picked up yet. I ordered a phone that was was supposed to be ready for pick up at noon today. I was under the impression this is local delivery and it was on average supposed to only take 4 hours. It gunna be 6 pm. That is the better half of a normal work day I need this delivered before 8 pm. Why hasnt it been picked up by a driver yet. This is frustrating.

Not getting paid for delivery due to poor app proformance
Whenever I delivered for Tractor Supply to rural areas no cell coverage the app will not work and I cannot complete the delivery on my phone even though I did the actual delivery and because it wasn't shown as delivered with a picture at the GPS location I don't get paid, but there no way thus can be done as there was no cell phone coverage. Calling customer service does absolutely nothing they are idiots and have no idea or abilities to help. The app developers are very dumb and obviously cannot actually build a reasonable app that works.

Lack of delivery or a product and lack of customer support
Paid for a delivery from a store (TSC) and Roadie was to delivery the package and I received the notification that it arrived. Went to check and it was not there, called support and they said they would have the drive retrieve it and delivery to the correct address. Two hours later called back and they said the driver delivery the items on the front porch and the house had a security system so check the system. Well, it was not on our porch and we don't even have a security system. I drove and went to all of the neighbors and none of them had seen the package. Called support back and they said there is nothing they can do at this point, it all on the driver. They won't reach out to the driver and then customer support called me some unpolite names and said there is not further I can do. You need to reach out to the store and get a refund since the package was never delivered. I called TSC and manager I spoke with said once it leave the store it is on Roadie to provide the refund since the product in in their hands now. Call support at Roadie a 4th time and they said no refunds you have to go to the store and our system says is was delivered so it was delivered. But still no package and they said the driver will not answer their phone calls.
Desired outcome: Refund or/and receive the original items that were ordered.
