Roadie Unable to locate package

I ordered a ninja product through Best Buy in Miamisburg, OH Location 01/28

They said they would deliver same day or next day through Roadie.

I tracked package for it to update me with inaccurate information. Link stated it was picked up and deliveried the same time. I immeditaly called Roadie to let them know I never received package.

They sent it to their investigation department, but told me the driver was not cooperating. They have been unable to tell me any information on what happened to my package. They have offered no solutions, or calling best buy to get a refund. They said I have to go to Best Buy and request a claim.

Best Buy cant issue a refund until Roadie notifies them.

This is has been the worse experience and headache. Please do not use ROADIE.

It is 2/2 Feb and still no call or update from Roadie.

Desired outcome: Find my Package or Issue a refund through third party Best Buy

Roadie Same delivery hasn't arrived 6 days later.

I made an order on the tsc app for feed for my animals. They are at a.friends house and I am working and staying over an hour away. I opted for same day delivery on a day my friends was off work. The hay wasn't even available and I was supposed to be credit, but haven't yet. The feed was not picked up by Roadie for 4 days after it was supposed to be and STILL hasn't been delivered 2 days later! This is ridiculous. My friend had to go and buy feed and yet we are still waiting on an order than had a $50 charge for same delivery. I will NEVER do this again and I feel I am.owed some sort of compensation.

Desired outcome: My items and some sort of retribution.

Roadie delivery for Tractor Supply

I ordered from my local Tractor Supply in Martinsburg, WV. My order was for 8 bags of solar salt. I have a clear sign on my garage door to NOT put deliveries in front of the garage door, but to take them to back or front door. Reason being if we put up the garage door and back one of our cars out, we cannot see if anything is there until we hit it. Today's delivery, 10-8-21, was stacked directly under the sign that said do not put in front of garage.

Desired outcome: wanted you to speak to my delivery driver to pay attention to delivery instructions.

Roadie Customer service--Personnel Office

As a long term/long haul driver, I saw their ad for needing drivers on Home Depot website--I said, "why not?" I needed employment, especially in this pandemic...

Clicked on the link, several times = no joy. Went with other browsers, did the same, same result:

Did a company search, shows phone # and website in search engine (link had same result), but also saw a complaint link...figured I'd check it out.

Finally gave up trying. Came to this website and saw the results

Appears they don't have a quality hiring system in place.

Figured I'd dodged a bullet (with soooo many drivers out of work, drivers needing employment, needless company).

Surprised at Home Depot placing their ad

Roadie Drivers

I am a customer with Walmart. Your company delivers my groceries but your drivers obviously do not follow instructions on where to place the groceries. I have COPD, 18% oxygen use. I have clear instructions on my orders on where to place the groceries so that I can get to them with my oxygen on. I will have a few drivers who do this but I have many who do not. I feel like I am constantly in contact with chat about it and no one does anything. This forces me to change to portable oxygen which weighs 7 lbs. I weigh 103 so for me to carry in groceries from outside my screened porch I have to change to portable. That may not sound like a big deal for you but it's a HUGE deal for me. I have no problems with instacart. Their drivers always bring them inside and put near the door for me to reach out and get them with my regular 02 on. Your drivers however don't read instructions. I am sick of dealing with this time after time and unless something is done I will no longer do business with Walmart. I have talked to the manager there and he is very aware of the situation. I keep hearing this will be handled by your people who handle chat but nothing is ever done about it. And of course Walmart can't do anything with your drivers since they don't work for them.
I expect a solution and I want to know how this is going to be handled. I'm not backing away from this now. It is happened too many times for a 10.00 credit to "make me happy". My health is more important that 10.00.

Roadie delivery services

Roadie is a Bad Joke! The concept & basis of the idea is great. However, they have unprofessional people answering the phones if they answer a call at all. It takes an average of 30-40 minutes for them to pickup, they are Fraudulently presenting to U.S. consumers they have a call center when I was told 2, then 4 people answering a supoosed National Call center. They lie about what's really going on & as a former driver this was All too feequent in their interaction. Disgraceful customer suppirt, inept, dismissive, disregarding & then they lie. Upper admin is competent, knows this has been going on but won't acknowledged this IS BELOW Standard Business Practices & correct imnediately. That's how much they care about customer, sender or driver interaction 30-40 minutes to even get through & then some very very young lady (usually different) picking up the phone laughing while there's a snafu issue w the Order. This happens 8-9 times out of 10. When approaching them to address this dysfunctional part of their staff. I was retaliated by not being able to earn income as a person with Disability.This IS NOT an Ethical Company in ANY Regard. When you address an issue w them, you get the yeah, yeah, we know, we got it. Thank you but leave us alone. So what happens when the same thing occurs onbrge next order(s). You're beginning to get the picture they don't give a crap & I was told that at the highest kevel in the company. Real Professional? Uh? when you're trying to give them the issues which are contributing to the error Orders. They also are not complying with Federal Wage Standards for any Error Orders which I'm certain as Uber & Door Dash will soon end up in a Class Action Suit, very, very Soon. Just another company taking advantage of its' customers, drivers & senders. 34 million in one of their rounds of recent Funding & this comoany is too damn lazy, cheap & unethical to actually hire a Call Center. "We only have a couple of people, then 4, then we're getting a call center ready to roll". How about you hire the call center department before you actually Go Live to consumers, senders & drivers. Just aThought.That tells you everything you need to know about this dishonest dysfunctional company. Beware! Save yourself the BS lies, & Glotch filled app that there so honest about. If I could give rhem a negative star rating that would be the correct rating Worked for them for some time & NO ONE said or told me about an Amazon glitch causing all rhe problems & I've been aaking them for weeks. Straight up Liars! And the calls were recorded on both ends. Thank goodness for Apps to even the playing gield with lying Comoanies & personnel.

According to CVS my medication was delivered yesterday, 09 August 2023, at 9:15am. I looked everywhere and did not find it. I need this medication. I cannot get a replacement.

I called customer service 4 times. [protected]).No one ever answered after waiting 1 hour each time.

July 7th, 2023 4 bags of horse feed ordered from London, ky Tractor supply to be delivered. Nothing was delivered and items returned to store. Items I order are always left in my driveway and never had a problem before. My order number is #[protected]. I need my items today or you need to refund my $29.00 delivery charge!

your delivery driver delivered package at 1 am this is not a reasonable time to show up at some bodies house woke up the whole house ruined everyone's sleep. i suggest you fire that driver or discontinue using that delivery
