Roberson Funeral Home review: Complaint

Roberson Funeral Home in Port Charlotte FLA https://robersonfh.com/ Has to be the worse ever. After several months of trying to find my brother's remain I found out he was here. I called to see if I could get them and I was told they were waiting on a check from Staten Island to come and they would be sending his ashes there. No name, no place was given. Since I was the one contacted about his death first and gave all the information to the police, coroner, etc. I was the only contact no one bothered to let me know. The owner who I spoke to was the rudest person I think I've ever encountered. This guy tells me "well you didn't want to pay for them" I never spoke to him since today was when I found out where he was! Now I don't know where his remains are.. lost forever
