My sister purchased a male Norwich Terrier from Robert Mallonn with full AKC reg. Robert knew he was going to be used for breeding. When she got home she let the puppy play with a cat and they had a good time. She took Milo to a vet within a week and found a small hernia. The vet filled out a "not fit for sale" certificate and Wendy called Robert about returning the puppy. Robert was almost impossible to get in touch with via e-mail or by phone and only when Robert was tired of the phone ringing and all the e-mails he contacted her and said the cat caused the hernia lol. He made it very hard to return the puppy and was not going to give a full refund. After a few not so nice e-mails by both parties Robert told her if she continued to contact her would take legal actions. Wendy gave up at that point, she had cancer and the stress was getting to her and it seemed that he was not going to give her the full refund. I then tried to help my sister and Robert was as cold to me as he was to Wendy and never even acknowledged the problem, just said leave me alone. Robert keeps his dogs in crates all day long while he goes to work and he doesn't even whelp his own puppies he lets his neighbor whelp and care for the puppies. He told Wendy he had a friend that had cancer and it was very upsetting for him, little did he know she was dieing. She has passed away and it is time to warn others about him and his breeding police, in it for the money. There are many good Norwich breeders and Robert is NOT one of them. He made it so easy for Wendy to purchase a full AKC reg. Dog she was shocked. Returning an unfit dog was not easy and he got away with it. STAY CLEAR OF ROBERT MALLONN! He is a BAD BREEDER, in it for the money. Along with a hernia the dog is huge for a Norwich, over 20lbs way larger then the standard.

No Robert they did not sell for $4000 it was $2000 to $2500. Again no the money goes to Wendy's son to help pay for collage not my kids. You became nasty to her and with me and when I asked the sires owner to help she was very nice and you told her she needed to stay out of it. You would not give her a weekend day to meet she lived 3 hours away from you and has a business to run and fight her cancer, weekdays were not possible but when you had a sale you went out of your way to meet her. It's about the money not the dogs well being. Shame on you Robert for bashing a woman that fought cancer for 5 years and is now dead and can not defend herself, sham on you. Learn from your mistake and be a responsible breeder. Weather you agree with where the problem came from you need to make them happy or you will get a complaint and don't threaten to sue them if they do complain. Shame on you!

Get with the 21st century already. With millions euthanized each year due to overpopulation anyone who still BUYS their dogs rather than saving one from certain death at the hands of the local pound deserves to have their money taken, kinda like a bad karma thing I believe.
A bit of information concerning mixed breeds aka mutts, they are more likely to be free of breed specific health issues associated with dog w/ 'bloodlines' and 'papers'. Peanut gallery signing off.

It is apparent that Holly Stellitano and her sister Wendy Panda have reality issues and do not tell the truth. I have shown dogs for 45 years and have had 10 litters. The purpose of the planned litters is to keep a pup for myself. On occasion I will have pups available and I will advertise on the akc website hoping to find quality homes.all pups have health checks & shots when they go to their new home. My 2 adult norwiches are home with a family member during the day. Sometimes we must have c-sections and the mom & pups stay with a friend that is a retired nurse and fellow dog fancier.Wendy Panda called and appeared like a nice person when she came to my home and took the 10 week 4 lb pup home. She called a few days later stating the pup was playing with her adult cat and she noticed a hernia. She took the pup to the vet and told me the pup was not fit for sale- no documentation provided to me. She demanded I come and get the dog. I stated she needs to bring it to my ver(down the road from my home) to be checked and I then will return the money. Wendy refused and stated I must go to her home, return the money & she keeps the dog or she will meet me on the belt parkway in Brooklyn. Her behavior and comments were becoming more and more irrational. I then googled her and found out she had a complaint against her. Wendy later agreed to go to my vet but cancelled on three different occasions ( I have copies of emails and documented conversations) I now knew I had a real crazy on my hands. I later found out Wendy a Panda passed away and her sister Holly Stellitano took the pup and 2 other norwiches Wendy had.Holly then proceeded to use the pup as a stud dog( the one that was "deemed unfit or sale and had a purported genetic defect" per Wendy's vet. The pups were advertised on puppy find for $4, 000! Holly has numerous adds on puppy find and different breeds. She reportedly has no problem telling potential buyers that she breeds to put her kids thru college. After reading my rebuttal I'm sure anyone can see who is the crazy/bad dog breeder.
