Submitted my hotel reservation using my credit card. Our card was debited repeatedly over several weeks. All attempts to ring the owner on his Thai phone proved a waste of time. When we finally went to Rockhouse Pattaya, the owner refused to listen to us. He had some heavies with him that looked like they were prepared to hurt us! We left for our own safety and have now filed a chargeback with MasterCard.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

We agree. My husband and I stayed 1 night and he was punched by the owner Alex Milne. He tore off my blouse too. We have charged Alex Milne with assault and await the judicial outcome at our court case next year.

This complaint was actually posted by Harris Black who has a personal vendetta against the owner. It is a complete work of fiction including the comments.

im the owner of this establishment and i assure you none of these alledged incidents took place .
firstly we do not and never have accepted credit cards . we do not have credit card facilities from the bank .
secondly id be more than happy for anyone to contact the local police or local prosecution authority to ascertain if any assault ever took place and if any charges have ever been forthcoming .
the comments are slanderous and the work of someone with a personal grudge .
i respectfully request that these comments be deleted from your site .
As mr Milne has said, Harris Black is an infamous conman and convicted rapist who is wanted in Canada. He has a personal grudge against Alex Milne and has been attempting to damage his business for some years.
I would also respectfully request that you remove the photo of Mr Milne as it has been stolen by the complainant from another site and I own the original.

Other bars seem to have issues in his area, but his remains untouched by the police. I guess when you work undercover, your bar gets a free pass...?
This complaint was put here by Tingtongtony Doyle, do a search on FB, like all men from birmingham he thinks hes the hardest man in the world, but when confronted always backs down, pattaya is full of of them. try the casual bar on the darks side were they all meet up and pretend how hard they are.
