I ordered flowers today, December 6 to be delivered to a cousin in New Jersey who is very ill. After ordered I received an email that they were not able to deliver to that location and I would receive a refund in 5-7 days. I then searched and found these complaints. Why are these people still able to SCAM us here in the US?
Person on the phone said the shop is in Mt Laurel…. but when the email said they didn’t deliver there I knew something was wrong because my cousin lives in Mt Laurel.
This makes me sick.
Desired outcome: Hope these people are caught and put in jail.
