AND IF YOU TRY AND GET THROUGHT TO RONSEAL AND SPEAK TO A MR HOLLAND HE IS SUCH A RUDE MAN, AND NEED TO BE REPORTED.

we done all our decking last spring and now it has all bubbled and is peeling off it cost us a fortune to do and now i dont know what to do about it i am very disapointed as i thought id chosen a reputable product it certanly didnt do what it said on the tin i would appreciate your opionon
I agree, this product is awful and a very expensive mistake... The stain is lifting after 2 coats and 1 week... I want a full refund for my wasted time and effort
It says it lasts "twice as long" ! we didn;t even get one season out of it! Cuprinol is what we used before and lasted 2 years easily.
Haven't got on to them yet to complain but what I've seen online I won't expect much.
I'm having the exact same problem with the peeling and bubbling and it's only been down 1 week, so disappointed after spending so much money, wish me luck on trying to get a refund.x
Same problem. Used Ronseal Ultimate Protection. Applied 2 coats July 2014, already the stain has washed away except for an area under a table. l will try and get some sort of refund but don't hold out much hope. Very disappointed with this expensive product from what I thought was a reputable company.
I spent £110 painting my decking and we had one bbq and the paint has come off the decking in patches very disappointed with the paint waste of time and money want my money back
I also brought the ronseal decking stain lasts twice as long wearing off before the season was out very disappointed in the product, what makes it worse when i first used it i told a friend of mine to get some, he is the same no a happy chap . We pay for the goods, do the prep do the work and then get disappointed, its not a cheap product so would expect more form Ronseal .
i have used on decking it has never been walked on, and already the stuff has peeled and it does not even look like it has been done, am disgusted, it says on the tin lasts twice as long, ha what a joke not even lasted two months.
Purchases ronseal decking stain country oak with protection stained my decking then ran out and needed to purchase another tin from b&q. After applying it was a different colour to the 1st one. I would like ronseal to get in touch with me.
Have just spent £70 on 2 tins of ultimate decking stain in slate they are different colours ! My decking looks a mess ! Add to the fact that it scratches off too easy. Needless to say I am not happy and will be contacting the company for a refund.
