Rosewood Gardens Of Tampa Bay review: terribly run condo association

It was two years of hell living as a resident/ owner @ Rosewood Gardens due to the fact that the board members appear not to care about the resident owners. The association tries to conduct monthly meeting in a public setting at a local eatery which is full of nothing but disfunction. While I was living there the roof lanai collasped iinward and it took several months waiting on repairs while special assessment of $2700. was assessed on my unit for repairs.
Association was slow at common area repairs and pool was closed for sometime because of several code violation.
Several reports of vandalism to common areas while I resided on property. Place is a mess; so my advice is keep moving on.
