Ross Clevens, Plastic Surgery review: face lift

Sloppy work, greedy, arrogant, and extremely poor communication skills. Instead of the less invasive lift at my temples I requested, he performed a full brow lift. I now have crooked eye brows and a persistent bruise in the center of my forehead. Botched corner lip lift and misplaced fat transfers. Resulted in 2 scars on my cheeks and one above my upper lift. Had to complain to one of his competitors in order to get Ross to focus long enough to exam the "abnormal" lump on my neck. Instead of injections of diluted steroid into the lump as I requested, Ross injected lump twice with full strength steroid. As a result, there is an atrophied purple flap of skin at the site of the lump. $36, 000 nightmare.
