This company Ross Liddell fraudulently swindle there way into householders title deeds when you but new property to which they are supposed to maintain the communal areas such as landscaping fencing etc but this work does not get carried out. They are only after your money and if you refuse to pay there factor fees then they send the sheriff officer to your property as I've already experienced that as the sheriff officer graham Baird threatend myself with explosive devices and also used verbal abuse insulting language and indecent vocabluary and he thinks he's above the law what a disgrace to represent the justice of the peace Glasgow sheriff court are also involved with this evil man graham Baird. When you complain to Ross Liddell you receive abusive language and threats saying they are going to slash your face. As a result I've raised this with tayside police no member of a community should be subjected to violent behaviour I will still pursue this company for anti social behaviour and breach of the peace. Graham Baird is such a low life disgusting piece of crap that walked Scotland . If any member of the public is subjected to this the way I've been then report it in the first instance to your police force. The managers in Ross Liddell are all needing there mouths rinsed out with acid.
