I bought 4 units of single-seater leather sofa from Rozel abt 2 years ago. It was advertised ( and is still being advertised ) as "full leather white with stainless steel frame".
The problem started after a few month: the piping started chaffing and fraying exposing a black plastic cord within, which I had to keep pushing back in!
Only later did I discover and confirmed with my upholsterer that it was PU or some sythnthetic leather-like piping. I brought one of the cusions to Rozel - where I had bought the sofas - anf the staff promised to look into the case. It's been 6 months now of toing and froing, the co has come up with solution to rwplace the 8 cushions if I paid rm1000 p/pr.
I paid approx 3, 000 for each unit ( 4 units in all ) and I dont see why I should be forking out another 1/3 price to pay for something which shouldnt have happened in the first place.
a technician came to view and take photos, but the co refuses to budge fr its position that I pay to replace the not- fully leather cushions. They have kept silent and not reverted to me in reasonable time.
How can I seek redress pl?

Dear Sir, U can complain to Pengguna Malaysia. Now rozel company just famous with the name but their product of leather sofa not a pure leather. Now rozel product leather are made in china. Most rozel sofa are inmitation leather frm china. To all who have buy rozel product pls check with care fully. Attention to all customer dont be cheat by rozel corporation at subang. Rozel leather are made in china not italy. Dont be cheat by rozel corporation. Sale after service is very bad. Pls dont buy rozel sofa it not a pure leather. My name is M. Chin. I bought a Rozel leather recliner chair which was delivered yesterday. This morning as I reclined in the chair it tipped over backwards with me in it and I fell with the chair. I called Rozel and after numerous frustrating calls with their customer service hotline, they sent someone to take a look. I demonstrated to him how I was reclining, and it tipped over again. Rozel now says that it is my fault for not sitting in the chair properly and they have refused to refund my money. According to them, it is not a problem with the product. I fail to understand how a recliner rocking chair that tips backwards when you lie on it can be considered a functioning product. This is either a serious flaw in the design or a manufacturing defect, and Rozel refuses to acknowledge this or do anything to rectify the issue. I am considering legal action against them. Their founder was interviewed in an article in The Star and declared that Rozel believes in top quality and customer satisfaction. I would like to see Rozel put their money where their mouth is. If anyone has faced or is facing similar issues with Rozel, I would like to hear from you [protected]).
I recently bought a leather sofa set (1+2+3) a coffee table and a side table from ROZEL. Very nice sales person. Transaction was done and goods were delivered to my house. A few days later my daughter found an unnoticeable crack on the mirror of the coffee table. I went back to the shop and was advise to lodge a complain. I sent a complain through an email and ROZEL had acknowledge receipt of the email. Until today I am still waiting for ROZEL to send in an inspector (they promise) to take a look at the complain.
(*) ROZEL after sales service is bad and lousy.
(*) The sales person is a real pain in the heart.
(*)I have a feeling that most of ROZEL's goods are of 2nd class in standard or maybe worse(rejected items).

I just send back my 3 seater and 2 seater full lether sofa to Rojel because of metal penetrate from bottom to side which damage the side of the seat. They are charging RM 160 for transportation for their low quality product. The customer service like ###. Whoever in considering to purchase Rojel product please thinks 3 times of this high price low quality brand plus bad service.
I also have problem with Rozel sofa from jb. Wooden frame broken and they need time to "investigate" after I show them photos. anyone have email address of KL to complain ?
