Hi,

I would like to complain regarding with my unpaid bill in Rusco Motor Inc here in Silay City Negros Occidental. I got a unit from this company way back May 2018 and this payable for 3 years. I am a good payer and I was able to pay my monthly due amount every month for 2 years. I started having
issues paying my bill when the coronavirus spread out the country. From March 2020-June 2020 our city was undergone in quarantine and government advised that the city should be put in lockdown status and my job was badly affected. I was not able to pay my monthly bill for those months due to
lockdown. After lockdown, I went back to work but because of so many unpaid bills including electricity and money that I borrowed to sustain our basic needs during lockdown are causing me so much trouble to pay the full amount in Rusco Motor Inc. I was able to pay my monthly payment but not the whole amount because I need to budget my money in our daily needs and I also have family to feed. Actually, on top of my monthly payment amount they're also putting interest on it. My monthly bill amount is only 7250 but because of the delayed and not paying the whole amount they are asking me to pay 8750 per month. I should finish my monthly payment this coming month of May and the only total due balance until May 2021 is more or less 70.000.00. This month I only paid 2000 and I am asking them if they can just go back next month because I do not have money to pay the whole amount. They said they are going to pull out the unit if I am not able to pay it including the interest. I felt so bad because despite pandemic and shortage of money I did my very best to pay it because I worked hard to pay this unit and now they are forcing me to pay it even though I already explained the reason why I can't pay the whole monthly bill.

I would like to ask my rights about this matter in your good office. I knew that you can help me. What will I do? May laban po ba ako sa sitwasyon na to? Gusto ko po malaman kung anu ang dapat ko gawin. Ayaw ko po sana na kunin nila ang sasakyan sakin kasi sibrong liit na lang po ng balance ko
ilang month na lang matatapos ko na sana bayaran kaso nagkaproblema dahil sa pandemic. Please help me po. Hope to hear from you soon. Thank you!
