Rushmore Loan Management Services review: Rushmore services/Mr.Copper

After many years of having to deal with the most horrible company..Greentree servicing..and they were VILE!..now we are with these incompeten,lying,[censored]ic ,mismanaged @#!$$$!##@@! company!They mess up our payments,so I end up !?trying to catch up after being dbl talked on phone..and no offense but often hard to understand the persons speaking.and I will say the customer service people ARE GREAT..I tell THEM GET ABETTER JOB..GET AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!they give fees for" HOME INSPECTIONS.",and other items that state LENDER FEE that very in amounts from small amounts to a few hundred.

I have kept all my statement to keep tract of these crazy! amounts and also printed out the payment history..but the BEST now is they LOST A DAMN PAYMENT on /26/24 of $488.23 as I send in partial payments...and they also did NOT apply my other partial payment STILL of $500.65 AFTER speaking to then last weeek and wek before to my amount due! it is sooo stressful!Also after being like 6 days late they send a barrage od late notices AND FORCLOSURE NOTICES..which i damn well know id illegal..AND told them so!I have told them I will get a lawyer!Me and my hubby are harrassed and have health issues..its insane!please help!I know theres more pepole an want a class action!
